The place was very nice and cosy. I loved my stay a lot , and I fully recommend it. The owner of the property was very easy to contact and had excellent communication and manners.

There's nothing to note but that public transport was an issue, but nothing the home owner could improve.

Quiet! Was the only guest. Homely decor. Drive way Garden Washing machine & tumble dryer can come in very good handy if needed Host was attentive

No microwave!! Although the property was surface clean, the property could do with a deep clean as alot of spiders. Made the host aware & sorted it with cleaner. Neighbours parked infront of drive. All though there is on street parking, was very annoying with luggage knowing the property has a big drive as was a rainy weekend

unfortunately we experienced problems with locks both on arrival and departure. Upon arrival the key would not turn the front door lock. upon departure the key safe combination was reset, locking out staff / owners

Only key to the property, to be shared among two strangers. The other resident was not very tidy in the kitchen. Never washed his dishes and glasses he used for the 3 days he spent there.. The Internet was not working. Electric sockets to the walls are not safely screwed to the walls and the same for the ceiling on the roof in the living room.. Tv has got no channels, ergo got useful.

For the price its pretty good, excellent location although still a 16 quid uber to town, should have option to book a room or whole house, and if a room, should have tv in both rooms that work, seems they havent decided what their aim is, budget accomodation or better, decor is ok, but bed in the room with tv is broken, the tv doesnt work in the bedroom, the front room tv aerial is shocking, there is wifi box but turned off, would rather be a five quid more for internet, had to swap the tv remote batteries, a welcome note would have been nice, basic tea and coffee and sugar would have been good, kitchen floor is peeling, the most random selection of kitchenware, cups and cutlery, the tinyiest teaspoon i ever saw, dirty airfryer, the place needs a thorough clean, almost feels half way through renovation, i think someone has added rubbish to skip and its starting to smell in this heat, shower is nice and hot

it was not cleaned, the owner sounded rude when I talked to her, no Wi-Fi , no curtains and the sun rays was directly in the room.
