It was a very quiet room, lots of space, seating area was good. Wifi worked well. Great location, very central. Bottled water was provided in the room.

The water in this place has a very unpleasant taste. Even boiling it doesn’t make it better, the tea tasted really awful and was basically undrinkable. There was not a single socket close to the bed to charge the phone, which was really inconvenient. And the receptionist kept going on about car parking when we said we got there by train. We were also told the wrong bus stop for a bus to the station, no bus came and we were very late for our train when we finally decided to walk to the town centre instead and try for a bus there. Also, at breakfast, three people had accidents with hot drinks at the self service station while I was in the breakfast room. Maybe a review of the self service drinks station would be in order.

Perfect location 1 min walk from the beach! A short walk through the park and you’re in the centre with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Car park with lots of spaces and reasonable price £14 Chilled vibe! Nice bar and the staff were nice and helpful. There were fans in the room which was nice as it was hot in the evening! They offer breakfast at the property which was nice and it looked really yummy! The car park isn’t 24hr you get until 12pm the next day which - we weren’t told but we read on the sign outside! So don’t let this catch you out! Room was clean enough but not 100% hence the score 8 More complimentary toiletries would of been nice online soap and shampoo

Staff were implacable in all areas, from when I booked in & was upgraded to a sea view room. The bar staff were polite & professional as were the restaurant staff .. Can’t understand why so many bad reviews.. I nearly did not book, yet glad I did .. Room was clean & had all facilities that I needed, including a bath with hot water..

Restaurant staff were very attentive & food was nice enough.. Only thing that let it down was the portion size, very small, I went out & had another meal as I was still hungry .. Other than that it was a great place to stay..

The location of this hotel was perfect for the BIC. Our room was dated but very spacious with several separate areas. The beds were comfortable and It was a nice to have two pillows without having to request extra. I liked that you could open the windows, and it was nice to have two chairs in the room, many hotels only ever have one! The hotel does have a bar and we were able to get a drink upon our return from our evening out. The breakfast was nicely laid out and staff helpful in fetching anything guests asked for such as decaf coffee etc.

The room, despite not appearing to have any radiators on was absolutely stifling, so much so that it was hard to sleep. Having said that when I mentioned it to Reception when I left the following day I was advised that had I complained about that they could possibly have moved me to a different room. Unfortunately we didn't realise how hot it was going to be until we were back later at night and undressed.

it was literally across the road from the superb clean Sandy beach , 200yds from the Bournemouth International Centre , which could be clearly seen snd why we chose this hotel .On site parking that was “first come first served “ and being February there was no worry about finding a space , if in summer you could actually leave the car for a few days because various “ attractions” are within walking distance . Food available all day , bar open until 1 a.m . The staff were friendly and helpful .Toiletries ,ironing board/iron in the room , along with tea/coffee making facilities. clean, tidy rooms with TV ,free wi fi and internal telephone . Radiator and heated towel rail was controllable and there was a fan if needed . great value for money

The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean and tidy.

We managed to get a car park space in the hotel grounds which was very lucky as my husband has a disabled badge. When I booked the hotel it said car parking was on a first come first served basis but I cannot remember seeing that a cost of £14 per night would be charged. Although we paid this as my husband has disability issues we thought it was very expensive, as we were guests at the hotel,

It was near to the beach and city centre. It had it's own car park (although extra charges applied for this). The staff were lovely even though there did not appear to be enough of them, they all did the best they could. The room was comfortable and clean.

Not enough parking space for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Also parking charges were extra to the charge for the room and not pointed out when booking. Otherwise I would not have booked this hotel. For the cost of the room I would have expected the furniture to match and for there to be a small fridge in the room. Couldn't book for dinner as I was told I hadn't prebooked and they were already fully booked.

Location to BIC venue, shopping and beach front all less than 5 mins walk away. Hotel clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful. We parked outside the hotel in the carpark, just remember to log your number plate with reception so you don't get fined.

Room was small and well loved but for our one night it was perfectly comfortable and the shower was hot. No view from window but again we didn't stay in our room we were out and about all day.

Firstly the location was spot on and everything was steps away. what made this holiday was the Hotel staff… they were amazing and went above and beyond for me and my daughter! shout if to Pacha and Amy they were so polite and helpful ☺️ I will definitely be booking here again and staying longer. I can’t thank this hotel enough for being a big positive part of my holiday with my little girl, you are amazing.

After arriving, we went to our room, which had been upgraded prior to our arrival. There was a minor problem with the tap water, we were immediately offered another, different room. This room was too warm, so we were offered another different room. This room was excellent. The location and the meals were also excellent. Thank you to Amy who went out of your way, to help with the room.
