What a fabulous place to stay - minutes walk from a great range of really good eateries and the beach! The host is a fabulous chap who really goes out of his way to make your stay a very special experience with the most amazing breakfasts! Don't even need to worry about a car as bus services including The Loop have a stop really close by so dead easy to get to Ramsgate and Margate etc.

Nothing really. Not a criticism, but more a design choice would be for some nice big curtains as well as the shutters/blinds as one evening was pretty chilly and the curtains would make the room seem a bit more cosy.

Something different for breakfast every day, always delicious and well presented. Within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre and a good bus service nearby. Our room and the dining room were clean and bright with superb decor. Jenny and Peter proved to be excellent hosts.

Only a small parking space but this was not a problem, as there is free residential parking in the road opposite.

Jenny, Peter and Shaun were lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. The house and room were very nice and clean, bed comfy and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location is good too. 5/10 minute walk into Broadstairs which is far enough away to be in a quieter spot but close enough to walk to town and back in no time. There’s a bus stop very close to the house that has frequent services to Ramsgate and Margate or the train station is only a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend the walk from the house to Ramsgate along the coast on a good day, very beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again to Jenny, Peter and Shaun!

Nothing, very happy.

Jenny and her husband were so welcoming and made us feel really at home. Our room was meticulously clean, bright and fresh, as indeed was the whole house. The breakfast was unsurpassed, an array of fruits with yogurt and waffle, then amazing scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado, all beautifully presented. We shall certainly go again xxxx

Nothing could have been bettered, it was all exceptional.

The room was lovely and had a view of their beautiful garden. The hosts were incredible, and the breakfasts were sensational. It is walking distance to the shops, beaches and public transport. I would definitely return to this wonderful B&B.

Not one thing

We booked Broadstairs House as a last minute bank holiday getaway and boy did it exceed our expectations. Pete and Jenny were so hospitable and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely and spacious with 2 large windows that opened out into the garden (perfect for some afternoon sun). Pete cooked an elaborate breakfast spread for us both mornings, and made us feel like royalty. An endless supply of fresh fruit, warm pastries and coffee followed by a cooked breakfast of local eggs, asparagus and sourdough which was better than you’d get at a cafe. The location is unbeatable, less than a 10 min walk to the beach, train station and restaurants. The family went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay in Broadstairs and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend Broadstairs House to anyone travelling to the Kent seaside.

Nothing- everything was amazing!

The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was amazing (no baked beans in sight, but avocado and asparagus instead!), the host was very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient for sightseeing as well as for easy access to restaurants in the evening. The period house is beautiful and tastefully decorated.

If I’m going to be picky, the room (double room on the first floor) was on the small side, with no cupboard or wardrobe, so fine for a weekend, but not for longer stays.

Peter, was fantastic host, made us feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The location was great it was in walking distance of the main centre. The accommodation was a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was really delicious and Varied.

A short walk into the town centre, lovely big room with a large ensuite, excellent breakfast. A fridge in the dining room for milk and cold water was thoughtful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The only negative was the busy road the room faced.
