A fantastic location - a 5 min walk from the seafront. The building was beautiful with gorgeous decor and lots of little touches like cereal, bread and tea and coffee in the shared kitchen. The beds were super comfy and really roomy. It was lovely to be able to relax in the comfortable lounge. It was amazing value.

I was interested in the option of taking yoga classes and massage or using the hot tub and would have liked information about that. I.wasnt sure what we were allowed to help ourselves to in the kitchen but other than that we loved staying at your gorgeous accommodation and would love to return.

The place was peaceful and clean and close to the town. Even though it was shared bathrooms, there were enough facilities. We arrived late back from a gig and I liked the fact there was tea and toast available. We also sat in the garden and if we stay again, we will make use of the hot tub. In the morning, we went to the nearby Cafe Tivoli and had an excellent cooked breakfast . The parking was a mystery, there were no signs to say permit parking except at the bottom of the road. We moved the car early so it wasn't an issue but there is non permit parking on Tivoli road .

Everything was great! Super cozy single room, very cozy lounge and space. You feel right at home! The owner was very kind and helped me out and it allowed me to have a very restful day during my bike trip. You can see there is an attention to guests and to every detail and I enjoyed that. The shared bathroom was amazing and very clean. I enjoyed being able to make myself a nice chamomile tea and drink it on a sofa by the window. Loved the single room which had everything I needed for a solo trip. Honestly could have stayed a couple days more in this place.

I was fortunate to have the entire accommodation to myself so there was no need to share the bathrooms or shared areas. Booking yoga was easy and the instructor, Kate, was amazing! The hot tub was a lovely addition as well as the beautiful clawfoot tub. The room was spacious.

The room on the top floor was a bit chilly (mid November) but there were plenty of extra duvets to compensate. The kitchen didn’t have a sink or a lot of light so was a bit solemn once the sun went down. There was a fault with the hot tub for 3 of the 4 days I booked, but Claire did her best to get it sorted before I left.

- Super, helpful and accommodating host. - Ensured GF options available. - Kitchenette downstairs in the communal area was great to be able to make drinks. - Shared bathrooms not an issue. - Amazing hot tub fun in the courtyard! - Yoga studio downstair but only open weekdays.

I didn't sleep well at all. The hallway lights shined through the family room door - due to a glass/opaque window on the door. I kept turning off in the hallway during the night but people went to the loo during night, so it would get turned back on. Plus, there was a very bright green light (the emergency exit sign) shining on my face all night. It dampened the overall experience for me, as I felt jet lagged all the next day on my birthday!

A beautiful, large Victorian house that is set over two floors conveniently located close to the train station, seafront, and shops. Wonderfully decorated with calming colours, warmth, and comfort in mind...exactly as its name suggests CloudZen!!✨️❤️ I came to practice a 24-hour stay of silence.. and I was able to complete it peacefully!😌 There is even a wellness studio below the house for Yoga or Pilates if that is in your practice!🧘🏾‍♀️💫

Style of furnishings, comfortable large bunk beds the children loved! Lots of board games and activities for family time, enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Well equipped kitchenette and good level of cleanliness etc.

Neighbourhood was abit run down, but location to old town was great for the price. No arrival instructions was confusing but once I called this was dealt with immediately. We experienced noisy guests coming back in late which wasn’t great.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at CloudZen. The residence itself is impressively spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Our room provided ample space and boasted a delightful view. Amy, our host, was wonderfully accommodating and greeted us with warmth. She generously shared valuable recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and even pointed out excellent shopping spots. Moreover, indulging in the hot tub was an absolute delight, as we savored our time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend CloudZen for an unforgettable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at CloudZen. Exceptionally clean and comfortable house with many thoughtful details, good coffee and peaceful atmosphere. Host was responsive and considerate and I enjoyed a yoga class in the basement studio. I stayed in the single room and it was exactly what I needed to have a restful couple of days away. Great location near the beach and centre of town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will hope to stay here again.

Claire is a wonderful host, all rooms were clean, bedding and features were beautiful. Many choices of bathrooms with a range of facilities including lovely large showers, a roll top bath in one, beautiful lighting and a wonderful large lounge with comfy seating and kitchen/ eating area. We were a group of 4 and had 2 rooms including the epic family room which was huge and truly lovely. Beds and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast area lovely, toast, cereal, fruit, fresh coffee and teas. A fridge to leave things too. Very near to dreamland which was fun on last day, free entry many rides, rollerskating and events. Great local Italian restaurant nearby, and many eatieries including lovely Thai food. Many shops and quirky parts to explore. Free parking after 6pm and all day Sunday or 1 hour drop off time with free parking in Tivoli not too far away. Great base to relax and hot tub out the back. Would be great to rent whole property and studio for away day or larger family break.
