Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.

Ask yourself where can you find a palace in the centre of Broadstairs with free parking.....well here it is. A big, well appointed room with a modern bath/shower room attached. A superb facility less than 5 mins walk from the sea. The room was very clean, air conditioned with a mirror the size of a door which comes in handy when your dressing up for a wedding. Beautiful reproduction period furniture. In the morning a breakfast box was delivered to our door which included fruit juice, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries coffee & tea. Only stayed for one night. But we will return. Thanks so much

The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom exceptional, it has underfloor heating and little fairy lights in the floor, with a lovely bath which I could not resist using. We were up graded from the cosy double I had booked to the deluxe double. We were on a 2 night break in the New Year and no one else seemed to be staying at the hotel which was lovely as no disruption from other guests. You complete a form for your breakfast requirements the night before and it is delivered to you at your requested time the following morning. You can eat it in bed or in the cosy conservatory, which is where the 24hr coffee machine . Coffee was heavenly! It is only a 100 yard walk to Viking bay, you come out next to the Charles Dickings pub, which has a lovely view over the bay. We would also recommend the gourmet Fish restaurant on the adjacent side. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!

I needed a place near where my son and his family were staying in Broadstairs. This place was ideally located within the town, and made it easy for me to engage in the family activities that were planned at the beach and in the town. Access to the property was good, and I was not disrupted during my stay. The furniture and fittings were more than adequate for the night that I stayed. It was nice to be able to use the common room overlooking the street to eat my breakfast, rather than having to eat it in the room.

We enjoyed our stay here, considering it was an economy room, it was excellent. We were in Room 4, ground floor, it was bigger than expected, lovely bathroom, although we found the shower too hot and could not manage to cool it down, but hey better than cold! The continental breakfast delivered outside your door in the mornings was nice. It all certainly met out needs. We found it a bit expensive, but then it's Broadstairs, everythings expensive. Great bonus having parking. Great location, close to everything.

We have family in Broadstairs and this is a favourite of ours to book if we stay, this particular room is just so cosy. Bathroom has two sinks and everything is just so clean and inviting. Breakfast was very promptly delivered to our door quietly with no fuss & we ate once in the breakfast room which is also very lovely. The rooms are located in a perfect central spot easy reach to the main streets and the beach and only 7-10 mins to the station. We even had a parking spot.

I stayed with my 7 year old granddaughter - room was plenty big enough, and bathroom was perfect, as it had a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was delivered to our room, on time, fresh produce. Location was perfect for us, easy stroll to the beachfront. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to check in, parking on-site. Would stay here again.

I cannot think of anything we would have wanted more than we already had. The occomodation ticked all our boxes. We stayed for 2 nights.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel. Beautifully decorated. Bed, pillows (I'm very fussy about pillows 😄), duvet, towels all of a very high quality. Lovely bathroom. The location is very close to the seafront but also quiet. Wifi is free and fast. Tea and coffee in the room. You order breakfast the night before and it's delivered to your room at the time of your choosing. You can choose to eat in the lovely little dining room if you prefer. Choices include greek yogurt, granola, fruit, croissants, juices, milks. Parking is available on site. One of the nicest places I've stayed in. 😊

Got a text message telling us our room was ready 2 hours earlier than check in time and our room key was in the keysafe which was a great start. First impressions of the room were how clean and tidy everything was the decor high end throughout including the bathroom which was spotless. For breakfast you fill in a form and tick off what you would like from the list which had plenty of choice. The rooms have off road parking which is on the premises our car was literally 10 yards away from our room. Great location right near to everything could not fault anything.

The room was so comfortable and the decoration and furnishings were so lovely and added to the ambience of the room. A very good selection on the breakfast list although there are no options for gluten free when it comes to croissants or danish pastries. Perhaps offer gluten free roll with cheese or cheese and ham as an alternative.

The only thing we would make a comment on is immediately outside the room we occupied, running the full width of the room along the window is a balcony, decked area with tables for guests to sit and on more than one occasion they were more interested in looking in on us and took away our privacy.
