Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.

Ask yourself where can you find a palace in the centre of Broadstairs with free parking.....well here it is. A big, well appointed room with a modern bath/shower room attached. A superb facility less than 5 mins walk from the sea. The room was very clean, air conditioned with a mirror the size of a door which comes in handy when your dressing up for a wedding. Beautiful reproduction period furniture. In the morning a breakfast box was delivered to our door which included fruit juice, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries coffee & tea. Only stayed for one night. But we will return. Thanks so much

The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom exceptional, it has underfloor heating and little fairy lights in the floor, with a lovely bath which I could not resist using. We were up graded from the cosy double I had booked to the deluxe double. We were on a 2 night break in the New Year and no one else seemed to be staying at the hotel which was lovely as no disruption from other guests. You complete a form for your breakfast requirements the night before and it is delivered to you at your requested time the following morning. You can eat it in bed or in the cosy conservatory, which is where the 24hr coffee machine . Coffee was heavenly! It is only a 100 yard walk to Viking bay, you come out next to the Charles Dickings pub, which has a lovely view over the bay. We would also recommend the gourmet Fish restaurant on the adjacent side. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here, considering it was an economy room, it was excellent. We were in Room 4, ground floor, it was bigger than expected, lovely bathroom, although we found the shower too hot and could not manage to cool it down, but hey better than cold! The continental breakfast delivered outside your door in the mornings was nice. It all certainly met out needs. We found it a bit expensive, but then it's Broadstairs, everythings expensive. Great bonus having parking. Great location, close to everything.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel. Beautifully decorated. Bed, pillows (I'm very fussy about pillows 😄), duvet, towels all of a very high quality. Lovely bathroom. The location is very close to the seafront but also quiet. Wifi is free and fast. Tea and coffee in the room. You order breakfast the night before and it's delivered to your room at the time of your choosing. You can choose to eat in the lovely little dining room if you prefer. Choices include greek yogurt, granola, fruit, croissants, juices, milks. Parking is available on site. One of the nicest places I've stayed in. 😊

The room was so comfortable and the decoration and furnishings were so lovely and added to the ambience of the room. A very good selection on the breakfast list although there are no options for gluten free when it comes to croissants or danish pastries. Perhaps offer gluten free roll with cheese or cheese and ham as an alternative.

The only thing we would make a comment on is immediately outside the room we occupied, running the full width of the room along the window is a balcony, decked area with tables for guests to sit and on more than one occasion they were more interested in looking in on us and took away our privacy.

Got a text message telling us our room was ready 2 hours earlier than check in time and our room key was in the keysafe which was a great start. First impressions of the room were how clean and tidy everything was the decor high end throughout including the bathroom which was spotless. For breakfast you fill in a form and tick off what you would like from the list which had plenty of choice. The rooms have off road parking which is on the premises our car was literally 10 yards away from our room. Great location right near to everything could not fault anything.

An excellent location with off-street parking near the restaurants and bars of broadstairs. The room was comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee making options. The breakfasts were superb - great choice. And as we arrived on a Monday when many of the restaurants were closed, we were able to use the dining area to eat our fiash and chips in! If only it had been warmer, we could have eaten on the patio.

(but not for big cars) breakfast concept (choose each day and delivered to you in a box where you can sit in conservatory or outside to eat - great croissants, best apple and orange juice, fruit salad had in ages). sunny room good shower lovely hosts. very natural. water bottles in fridge (free) nice coffee machine in conservatory (all day/night) nice small hotel/air bnb combo.

if you are a light sleeper the doors may wake you up (but then the birds will also!).

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom superb. Breakfast in a box was fantastic (but maybe no need to knock and call the time it is delivered as you already know the time having specified it?!). Fantastic location. Great to be able to use the sitting room and free water bottles much appreciated (although the fridge was not restocked and so ran out).

The hot water in the shower could have been hotter. The shower itself was great and we loved the soap/shower/shampoo sachets but hotter water would have made it perfect. Also the room we were in was right By the front door so we heard everybody coming in an out. Maybe a notice reminding people to be considerate when leaving would help?
