Comfortable and stylish bedroom with quality sheets. Loved the locally made soap and moisturiser etc in the bathroom. The hotel has character, not just another hotel like all the rest. Friendly helpful staff. Cool cocktail bar downstairs. The dining area is lovely and bright for breakfast and the granola and yoghurt was delicious. Wished had tried the smoked trout and scrambled eggs my neighbour had as it looked and smelled delicious. Coffee great.

Couldn't get a table at the restaurant as it was fully booked that evening. There are plenty of other good eating options nearby but I'd recommend booking restaurant when booking your room.

Lovely hotel, beautifully modernised and furnished. Good sized, comfortable room with excellent en-suite. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent bar and restaurant on site. Great location.

Although individual items at breakfast were very good, the absence of a set menu meant that a "full english" would have been a tad expensive.

Overlooking the Turner Contemporary the hotel is in the heart of Margate's artistic community and some excellent hospitality venues.

There is no parking dedicated to the hotel although a good choice of public parking nearby. This fact was not flagged beforehand and it would have helped to know this ahead of our arrival.

loved the location, we really enjoyed the bar area downstairs. The food was also fantastic & the staff were delightful.

we felt the bedrooms were too hot, which made sleeping very difficult. We also found our bed very uncomfortable. it would have been lovely to have a choice of pillows hard or soft, especially as there were 4 on the bed. Two different types to choose from would have been ideal.

staff was really friendly. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the cookies they left for us! And I liked the fact there was no tv but we had a Bluetooth speaker which was brilliant. and the service was lovely

loved the calm and cool decor. The beds was really comfortable. Gorgeous duvet. love the haekels products. The bar area was amazing. such great design. looks as fabulous as the gallery photos.

nothing not to like. only a couple of niggles. it’s expensive so I think breakfast should be included the rooms are London prices.

Stunning decor, artwork and guidebook. Everything was beautifully curated.

Check in and check out hours. We wish we had an earlier check in and a later check out. The bar and restaurant don’t function everyday but the staff generously offered us a drink anyway.

Nice location and beautifully decorated hotel. I liked the Wes Anderson feel.

No milk in the fridge despite having tea and coffee making facilities. No TV in the room or iron. The restaurant was closed for dinner when I stayed there, which I was not warned about.

Great location which was really close to the beach but not too busy and noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave a bag a few hours before the check in time. Room was very comfortable.

The only thing missing was parking at the hotel

a very special boutique experience. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, made fantastic recommendation for dinner. the bed as very comfortable and the linen sensational. loved the personal touch of the art pieces and the bathroom was beautifully designed.
