The room was an extension outside the pub in the old stable area, comprising of 5 rooms. It was quiet and well contained with your own front door straight into the room. Very comfy bed, a fridge with freezer compartment and everything they said would be there. Staff were very welcoming and we had a couple of pints in the pub, which I would call a proper pub that sold drinks, not food. Every room had it's own small table and chairs outside and the morning sun shone on you as you sat there with a cup of tea.

There was nothing negative about it. I always try and sit on the fence, but this had no faults.

I was very surprised with the extras that you get because the dolphin don't do food you can bring your own food because you have a fridge, microwave a chair by the breakfast bar The staff were excellent The room was very clean beds very comfortable Bathroom was equipped with a shower Sky TV I would recommend the dolphin

The room was just what we needed No stairs , all rooms are on floor level , Tea coffee milk in the room , fridge , very clean indeed and the staff are lovely , there was everything you Needed in the room , close to the shops , I lost my glasses and phoned them , they found them in the room and sent them to me by post, can’t fault them , this is the second time I’ve stayed and we are going back again in two weeks as family live in the area

Very picturesque court yard set up with rooms along the side. We were lucky and there was no one using the outdoor facilities. Off street parking. Wetherspoons over the road good value for meals as none on site.

Extremely narrow entrance. No wifi in rooms only in the bar.

The rooms were excellent, like at the back of the hotel separate to the pub

Just a bit of noise from the pub customers in The beer garden which is next to the rooms. But soon fell Asleep as we were very tired

No breakfast available. Used pub (Wetherspoons) across the road. No food available at all in The Dolphin Hotel and choice in the vicinity was limited, or had to use Wetherspoons opposite.

Would be better if food were available in the Dolphin Hotel.

Very well situated and comfortable. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

Very disappointed breakfast not included as similar accommodation breakfast is included for the same price.

The rooms were nice and clean and had everything you need not luxurious but good value

Entry to car park is a bit awkward. A bit of noise from the pub but I didn’t notice too much

Clean, comfortable room with great facilities (fridge, kettle, microwave, Sky TV, iron & board) and lots of nice little extras (plenty of tea, coffee & biscuits, bottles of water and a carton of milk in the fridge, ice pops in the ice box)

Fantastic location for our needs. Owner and staff are super friendly and the rooms are really nice with everything you could possibly need. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner. We will certainly stay here next time we're down for work.
