Good location, easy to find and park. Mine turn to walk round. Property lovely inside and good size. Loved the bottles of toiletries in the bathroom. Welcoming to have the milk, orange , tea and coffee etc. Nice to have the recycling box. I liked the bookcases of books but on this occasion didn’t use as I was only there one night. I slept well.

If I’m being critical it could be slightly cleaner. Small side table was dirty, cobwebs down the side of the bookcase, skirting boards. I used the plug under the bed and it was very dusty. Probably as out of the way. Other areas were clean. Black out blind in bedroom was a really good idea but as I’m short I couldn’t reach to pull it down. Instructions were helpful and clear. I improvised with a cost hanger but probably worth leaving it partly down.

Quaint and comfortable. Good use of space. Very homely and comfortable. Bed was really nice and cosy. It was a nice touch also to find different varieties of Coffee, Jams and Cereals on offer. It was great that we were also able to recharge our hybrid car and use the free Wi Fi supplied as the phone network and Internet wasn't great due to location.

There was nothing I can think of but it would have been nice to have the use of a basic cooker to enable us to prepare a cooked rather than continental style Breakfast.

It was clean and tidy I loved all the small touches. They really have thought about almost everything!

Stated in original advert that it was wheelchair accessible and whereas this could be true if a person was travelling in a manual wheelchair with a companion. But not with a powered chair. Saying that. The host on realising went above and beyond to then help us. He built us a ramp there and then for the step and ensured he was on hand at anytime if we needed help. Can’t ask for more than that.

It's great to have the 'lounge' area. Family can come and visit anytime. The breakfast is fine and if you wanted a ready meal, there is a microwave. The hosts are lovely! Great place for a couple of nights. The bathroom is lovely, great shower! Quiet and cosy and warm, even in the winter. Space to park etc.

The bed is quite small and the duvet very heavy! No bedside table to put a glass or book etc. There didn't seem to be any drawers for clothes, only a hanging space. Nowhere to sit and dry your hair, although there is a hairdryer. We couldn't find a teatowel for drying dishes. But, enjoyed our visit and would come again for a couple of nights.

A lovely comfy space with off road parking right outside. As vegans we were very grateful for some vegan friendly breakfast items. Well thought out accommodation with everything needed for an overnight or short stay. Clear instructions from the word go via email. Information in the annexe all clear and helpful. Hosts very communicative and can be on hand if needed. A great stay and will definitely be back.

The flat is warm and comfortable. Breakfast is cereal or toast with jam or marmalade. There was a lovely seeded loaf on the side for us. Tea and coffee were also plentiful. This was our second visit to the Annexe so we knew what to expect and were very happy to return. The hosts are friendly. They kept us well informed and were very accessible via text if we had needed their assistance with anything.

Everything was lovely so we have no complaints.

Location, breakfast, parking and the noisless enviroment.

The shower needs attention. The water was spouting from the top shower head and the hand held,at the same time, as the separator was faulty. This is something which the landlords should have addressed as it is certainly not a new fault. Apart from that, nothing.

It was neat and comfortable. The kitchenette included a handy microwave.

The location was a bit disappointing. It was at the top of a hill, and you need to reverse in as you definitely wouldn't want to back out onto this pretty busy road . The breakfast was continental, but very basic.

I found the accommodation very comfortable and warm. It was very well equipped and the continental breakfast was good. The town centre is a three minute walk away yet parking was easy, using the off-street area provided by the hosts. A bonus was a very well stocked library and I noticed a cupboard crammed with games and jigsaws.

I had no problems at all during my stay.

We were very pleased to be so close to the town centre. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful. The property was very clean and had all we needed. Lovely to have some Christmas touches. We'd like to return sometime.

All was as we expected.
