Lovely single person room. very comfortable bed. lovely location, close to the airport, Easy access, especially for smokers. I see someone said it is a noisy room close to the main road, well in my case noise pretty much stopped at around 10 pm when the traffic died off. It was cold as it is in October, but the little radiator did the job. Electric shower with hot water. I liked it very much. Thank you Peter.

I needed a room for one night that was close to the airport and wasn't going to break the bank. I arrived late and was leaving early so didn't need facilities such as a gym, sauna, restaurant, bar etc., The room was small, basic but immaculately clean. There is a toilet and sink in one room with a separate shower. Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room, a comfortable bed and a small wardrobe. I travelled from the airport on the 313 bus from stand H which was approx. 3 miles from the airport. I was given clear instructions by the owner ensuring I arrived safely. He even met me on the road outside the property which was very kind and much appreciated as it was around 11pm. The journey back to the airport was also explained and very easy to follow.

I wish I had taken a hairdryer as there wasn't one in the room.

Pleasant quiet and safe area. Room comfortable and very clean some items a little dated but functional. Fresh towels daily were a plus. Tea, coffee facilities provided. Parking available. Good value for money. Host very welcoming and pleasant.

Location whilst safe and quiet a little remote w.r.t. distance to restaurants (not really within comfortable walking distance so necessary to use taxi transport if you want a glass or two with your meal). Unfortunately now not able to stay at this location due to guest house not being VAT registered, company policy requires accommodation to be VAT registered (latest rules).

I arrived really late and had to leave early. The staff were considerate, helpful and flexible to assist. Due to my short stay did not meet the staff in person or have breakfast. The room met my expectations and was great value for money, with parking and own entry to room. Plus 7 minutes to Manchester Airport was a bonus for me.

Peter was extremely helpful when I had a family emergency and had to amend my date of stay, I would highly recommend Butterfly Guest House. Peter is a fantastic host and I will always try and stay here whenever I'm in the area :)

Extremely helpful and accommodating! They also booked me a reliable taxi for my early flight to the airport! The room has everything you need and was kept to a clean standard. It is close to the airport and fairly priced. I highly recommend!

location was brilliant for my seminar at the leisure centre. The owner was excellent, put my milk in their fridge for me when cleaning the room. very friendly & nothing too much trouble . Parking easy

Location was ideal to get to the airport in the morning. Bed was comfortable and the host was friendly. Good value for money, would stay again before an early flight.

The owners were nice and helped me out letting my use there laptop.

Just an overnight stay for an early flight. Perfect for this. Room is very small but clean and comfortable with it's own entrance from the street. Shops and a nice pub with a restaurant nearby. Host very helpful with details of how to get to the airport with bus routes and taxi numbers.
