Food in restaurant was excellent, especially fabulous breakfast choices. Lovely beer garden Comfy beds Air conditioning was perfect Brilliant shower Handy for train into Weymouth Kettle and supplies of tea/coffee. Staff were friendly

Not complaints, just observations Not much shelf space in bathroom. Stuff fell in the loo 🥺 Window faced onto road ( but no traffic noise) so a venetian blind or a half net would have been better than the roman blind. Lighting was dim. 2 lamps and main light and I still couldn't see to read, maybe need better bulbs. Wouldn't stop me coming back.

Very classy for a B&B in a pub/restaurant. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and was very impressed with the speed in which we received our meal and the quality was excellent. The team of staff are a young bunch of very attentive guys and girls and overseen by a welcoming and fantastic front of house. The smell of clean fragrance and fresh beds filled the room. We were next to the railway line but it didn't disturb our nights sleep. In fact the room was almost too quiet if that is possible. There was a lovely private terrace but due to our rubbosh summer we didnt get to enjoy. The reception has a little lounging area with beautiful traditional Chesterfield sofas and decorated perfectly creating a comfortable chillout area. Our morning breakfast was perfectly cooked with a good selection of choice and we were able to help ourselves. Thank you for our stay

This is a cashless business which needs to be noted on the website.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They also seemed very happy to be doing their jobs. They also managed to give us a table for dinner despite being very full. The beds were extremely comfy and large. The room and restaurant were essentially spotless. We were able to return to the room even out of opening hours which allowed flexibility. The food was really nice in the evening and good value. The train station being so close allowed for easy transport to Weymouth or Bournemouth. There was free parking for the entire stay which makes the value even better.

Liked the shower- instant hot water and choice of overhead or separate head sprays at the flick of a switch - absolutely perfect. Liked the neat arrangement of kettle, tea/coffee all on a special tray. Very neat and tidy. Excellent TV. The eat as much as you want breakfast (extra £9.95) was well worth having and was a great start to the day - served help yourself buffet-style including fried/ fruit/ cereals/ yoghurts/ toast/marmalade/tea/coffee etc Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was perfect for the large family wedding we were attending in Moreton. We appreciated the use of one of the three blue badge disabled bays near the front entrance.

Much better experience compared to our previous stay. New management was way more friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome, unlike last time. The bar and restaurant had a much friendlier atmosphere. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was a little chaotic but we stayed during the first week of roll out. I have every confidence that everything is running smoothly at this point. Also liked that you are encouraged to invite family/friends to join you. Food was good and hot. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I'm glad we gave The Frampton Arms another chance with new management. Prices are now more reflective of the area. We felt the food was a little overpriced last time. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I'm pleased to say, after this stay, that we would definitely stay again.

I have nothing negative to say, which is in complete contrast to our previous visit, which was awful.

Very friendly staff, check in carried out efficiently and made to feel welcome. Room was very comfortable, although the room overlooked the main road, you couldn`t hear any road noise. Shower was excellent. Had dinner in the restaurant which was really nice and again the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was cereal , toast pastries etc and made a pleasant change fro a cooked breakfast. All in all a lovely stay and hope to return soon.

The option to have a cooked breakfast, but what we had was nice so nit picking really.

The location was not the fault of the pub. On a main road and adjacent to a railway line and level crossing. The host was hospitable and the room well decorated and very clean. There was a heat and air conditioning unit in the room. It needed some instruction to understand fully how it worked. The breakfast could have been great but see below.

The breakfast was a huge spread with excellent variety with relevant food under hotplates. Having collected what was wanted there it was a brief walk to the dining room which was a little chilly as we were early in the morning, (07:30). The only problem with the spread is that the plates were cold, hence at least half the breakfast became cold quite quickly, spoiling the enjoyment.

Where do I start? We were running late due to traffic problems so decided to message ahead to book a table for dinner ( leaving a short message on the booking form giving our estimated arrival time). On arrival we were surprised at how full the car park was but on entering, the venue wasn’t at all overcrowded and there was sufficient space to relax. After taking bags to our room, we went down to the restaurant and were greeted by Imogen who confirmed our reservation and showed us to our seating. I have to say that the service we received from Imogen was impeccable. Due to specific dietary requirements, we had to alter one of our meals and she ensured kitchen staff were made fully aware. Overall she displayed an extremely friendly and understanding nature… even admitting my booking message made her chuckle. The meal was superb by the way. Credit should also be given to the other waiting staff who kept the dining area (conservatory) clean at all times without encroaching on diners. The lad at the bar that evening (14 Apr) was also friendly and knowledgeable as to what drinks were available. Moving on to our room and this was the cleanest, comfiest B&B room I have ever stayed in! No cobwebs, no dust just jaw-droppingly clean. The finish of the room and bathroom was superb with high quality fittings used throughout. Moving onto breakfast and again, dietary requirements were catered for exceptionally. My only comment would be the possible addition of a plain yoghurt option in addition to milk. A trivial point but something I really enjoy with dry cereals. This was a random short-stay booking made at very short notice but I’m so glad I’ve discovered the Frampton Arms. With a mainline station almost within touching distance, the Frampton would be an ideal base for a long weekend (or longer) to discover several Dorset towns and villages. I sincerely hope the Frampton Team remains the same as we’ll definitely be back.

I really couldn’t find anything to not like.

The Frampton Arms is in a peaceful location, but is easy to find and just minutes from the Tank Museum. The dinners in the restaurant are top quality, served very hot and with a good choice of dishes. Although my partner and I had twin beds rather than a double, our room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with en suite bathroom. I was pleased that we could never hear any noise from the bar downstairs. This is a lovely place to stay and we shall definitely do so again.

We stayed at the Frampton Arms in January and it seemed under-heated; the restaurant was not a place one wanted to linger after eating. Fortunately our room had an AC unit that could be used to heat the room quite effectively. Most areas of the arms are too dimly illuminated after dark, including our room and restaurant (I would have struggled to read the menu if not for the tea-light on the table), and the vegetarian choices in the restaurant are extremely limited. None of these things would put us off staying again, but I don't think we would ever stay more than two nights

The location was only 25 minutes away from the Tank Museum and also literally just across the road from Moreton train station. The room was big enough for us (Couple) and the bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly/approachable. They always had a smile on their face. Buffet breakfast (£9.95) was really good. All the food (Sausages, Bacon and hash browns) were hot and there was also bread/toast, cereals, fruit, yogurt and other hot options available (baked beans, eggs etc).

The light in the room was a bit dull in brightness. But once you've got used to it you don't notice it. The restaurant menu was a bit too 'fancy' for our taste (nothing like burgers, pub food etc).
