We stayed here because up until 1966 it was my home as a child. The conversion has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features. I love the hallway which, to quote Paul Simon "has angels in the architecture" (well Cherubs anyway !). Spotlessly clean and spacious for two people. Offstreet parking in this area is a huge bonus. The hosts also own Simply Patisserie in South Street in town and offer a discount, check it out - the cakes were amazing and the salads looked great.

The accommodation was excellent and the hosts were really helpful! My husband is disabled and the host even offered us his fathers mobility scooter to get around! The host helped us to locate attractions and went out of his way to help us. The apartment was incredible! Spacious and immaculately clean. We would recommend to anyone.

There was nothing to dislike! Accomodation was ecellent and situated in the perfect place! Close to everything, but in a quiter side street, so was very quiet at night.

The property is in an amazing location, about a 4/5 minute walk to the sea. Nas and her family, who own the property, are the nicest people you could meet. They are so welcoming, generous, kind and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. The flat was clean, it had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to other travellers.

EVERY THING WAS GREAT WE HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY .THE HOSTS WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFULL.LOCATION WAS GOOD WITH A 25 MINUTE WALK TO THE PIER AND SHOPS .THE FLAT WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN .CLEANING MATERIALS WERE PROVIDED AS WAS BATHROOM TOILETRIES .BED WAS NICE AND COMFY. Nice quiet location in a residential road with plenty of driveway parking. 3 minute walk to a nice quiet beach , 10 minute walk to local food shops and a 20/25 minute walk along the seafront to Eastbourne Pier and town centre bars , eateries etc. Apartment spotlessly clean with modern decor. Everything you needed for your stay .

Lovely decor throughout but would have liked more comfortable armchairs in living area .

Great location, a bijou flat with all the facilities I needed and convenient for my relatives. Had everything required and owner met me to handover the keys. Good, quiet, secure property.

Netflix would just exit intermittently- may need a router booster or broadband was playing up - apart from that no problem.

This is a lovely little flat, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed including parking. We were greeted by our host who was responsive and pleasant. Nice to have cleaning supplies on hand. Loved the recliner sofa!

Tv reception was a little grainy at times and Wi-Fi struggled to access demand tv (Netflix just didn’t want to stream).

This apartment was very well placed to walk to all things in Eastbourne if you are able to walk. It had parking facilities. The bus stops were at the end of the road which went into Eastbourne & beyond. The apartment had been pleasantly decorated & furnished recently so was in very good condition....the bathroom was a little tired but this was going to be refurbished later. The apartment was very clean & adequately equipped. We were given extra towels & bedding as we were staying for 11 days however you are responsible for keeping the apartment clean whilst you are there. It was quiet, no disturbances. We met the owners & they were very pleasant & helpful. We were given discount for eating at a certain restaurant. Overall, we had a very enjoyable, happy stay there.and even though the price seemed a little high it was comparable to many places during 2021, when prices seem to be higher.

Sofa, even though new was a little uncomfortable to sit on. The mattress was also new but very firm...we did get used to that but the mattress cover had a plastic underneath which made you very hot & uncomfortable during the night....I can see the reason behind using this but it was a little unpleasant sleeping on it. The bathroom had a long frosted window right by the side of the toilet but didn't have a blind, we had to keep putting a towel.up to it for privacy.
