Nice convenient quiet room as requested; bed comfortable; front office staff, pleasant attentive, friendly and helpful in printing document for us. Breakfast options reasonable to good. Gluten free cereal available. Evening meal staff good and better than breakfast staff.

For first meal were not asked if hotel guest and paid in full on the spot; only later were we advised that hotel guests get 10% discount on food. Perhaps should advise guests on check-in and may get more guests eating in. At breakfast ran out of clean saucers each morning and either had to advise staff and wait or use small bread plates for saucers. Cannot understand how hotel can still have cups out but not enough saucers.

The hotel was clean - the room furniture nice and new. we did't expect the Ritz and we didn't get the Ritz but it was more than enough for 2 nights (not more) Fantastic location in the city centre, parking was conveniently right in front of the hotel and convenient. Staff was very kind and friendly.

the room was tiny and quite dark, the corridor outside our room was undergoing renovations and was quite scruffy and unwelcoming - instead of asking for understanding a discount would have been more appreciated because it was a little too expensive. Maybe provide the team, especially the junior members, with information regarding entertainment, dining in the area: we asked for suggestions on pub dining and of the 3 people at the reception nobody could name even one... (the googled something).

The location was absolutely superb, car parking just across the road, too. Every member of staff was lovely and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bed was fabulously perfect. The air conditioning was .uch needed in the heatwave and greatly appreciated!!!! Dinner was quite possibly the best meal I have eaten in a hotel. I met a friend for a late lunch there too, and again the meal was outstanding!! The menu and drinks were very reasonably priced, too. The quality of the breakfast buffet on offer was great, good meaty sausages which are so often cheap rubbish but these were great.

The only thing that I think could have been improved upon would be to have teapots and milk jugs available at breakfast, rather than having to fill the cup from hot water dispenser. A pot of tea really makes a breakfast! The short bath was a suprise, I was also surprised that I managed to fit in it 😂😂

We loved our room. We selected a superior double/queen which was nice and spacious. Actually our room was the biggest and best value for money in our entire two week stay in IRE/Scotland. The staff in reception and in the dining room were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything we needed to know for lunch and breakfast. It was great to be able to park over the road in the public car park with a reduced rate supplied by the hotel.

I never like showers over baths but it seems to be the way it is. Also, I have noticed in all our travels that shower caps, body lotion and facial cotton pads are never supplied in many hotels anymore, nor are face washers. A bit annoying if you’re not prepared,

Lauren on the front desk really helped to accommodate us. I called in advance to see whether we could check in early as my partner is unwell and is extremely fatigued when we arrived, the check in was very smooth and we were able to utilise the room straight away which made an enormous difference to our enjoyment.

The hotel commonways looked quite shabby and although there were notices apologising for the condition and that repairs were underway it seems silly that these were not addressed during the hotel low season.

The room is really good. I could hear my "neighbours" but it wasn't a problem. Nlbathroom is also really nice. The location is the best, almost in front of the bus station where there's bus tô the airport every 15 minutes. I didnt have breakfast there, but theres lots of good cafés around. Oh, and the bathroom soap is amazing!

During 3 days incluilding Christmas there wasn't cleaning for the room. Not a problem, but I wish they have told me before. Also, I wish they had a small fridge or minibar - I stayed for 2 weeks and would like to have space for a drink or yogurt...

Location was very central. Confirmation email clearly tells you where the nearest car park is and it's right across the road. Beautiful entrance, and greeted by very friendly helpful staff. Caitlyn was the girls name. Sooo very helpful and informative. Very personable and offered to book a taxi, book a table for a meal/drinks. She was fab. Corridors to room 331 were spotless. Room itself larger than expected. We had a twin and the two singles were huge and comfortable. Room temperature was perfect and air con easy to use. Bathroom spotless, however I'd recommend changing the shower curtain as it is becoming smelly but that's very minor in comparison to how brilliant everything else was. No noise complaints, felt safe, looked after and greeted again by cheery helpful staff in the morning. Couldn't fault it. Staff were exceptional.

If I was being pedantic, the shower curtain in room 331 needs washed or changed but otherwise, perfect stay.

Location as it was a shopping trip and meeting up with friends. We were able to leave cases at hotel while we did some extra shopping till late afternoon which was great. Hotel was outstanding from cleanliness to friendly staff, I will definitely be back, pity I didn't know my daughter could get it cheaper as she is a member , it was a surprise shopping trip for her wedding.

Nothing everything was great , room, breakfast, bar facilities and exceptional staff through the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The room was small, but that is normal for a city hotel. I expected the room to be noisy with traffic as the room was facing the main road, but the glazing and soundproofing was excellent. The location was perfect for the concert hall which was the main reason for my visit. Breakfast was ok, very busy, but staff kept everything topped up.

Pillows were slightly uncomfortable, but that’s a personal choice. The bedroom door needed to be slammed to close properly which I imagine would have been annoying for the neighbours.

I very much enjoyed the location because it was so convenient to both major train stations of Glasgow— almost equidistant to the Central and the Queen Street train stations. Also, the hotel was on one corner while opposite it was a very large movie cineplex (for movie lovers), and on the other 2 corners are the Royal Concert Hall and a great Italian restaurant called “Ask Italy”. So, there was something good on each of the four corners— very convenient. The room I stayed in was neat and comfortable but a bit too small. Everything seemed to work properly (air conditioning unit, heater, etc..), but I didn’t try the breakfast there because so many coffee shops are in that neighborhood.

I cannot fault the hotel for very much because I am a very light sleeper, sensitive to noise, and the hotel was for the most part quiet. A minor thing that I found annoying was the bathroom door when opened blocked the toilet in the corner, so the bathroom door has to be closed in order to use the toilet. I also thought the hotel restaurant (not sure if it’s related to the hotel) had a very limited menu, so after the one time of dining there, I had no desire to return.
