Lovely owners and really liked Guisborough . Area very good . Lovely community feel in the town ,great location for the property itself which was right in the Town centre yet very quiet and tucked away . Very cosy property and kingsize bed
A smalk gripe that car parking for the house took a bit of finding the first time I did it . A small map would have been really helpful. Fine after the first time I found it . As we have restricted mobility ,an additional tiolet downstairs would have been nice but not essential . A bit more info on the allocated car parking would be good But these are minor quibbles.

The cottage was just off Westgate, the main street in Guisborough, but it was so quiet, even at kicking out time from the local pubs. Guisborough is a short drive from the coast and the countryside so we used the cottage as a base and day-tripped. We ate at the Three Fiddles and The Fox on a couple of evenings and the food was really good. The cottage was fully kitted out, could have cooked if we'd wanted but we were on holiday so why bother? We met Vanessa a couple of times, she was lovely and really helpful.
The wi-fi was a bit patchy, but we were out most of the time so it wasn't a massive problem. Apart from that we had no problems at all, it's a lovely cottage with great owners.

The cottage was lovely , well equipped and comfortable Vanessa and Ian were very helpful pointing out places of interest. The area was lovely plenty of pubs , shops and supermarket all on the doorstep.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it's got stairs . It's no fault of the owners they wasn't aware that it's being advertised as a bungalow all ground floor level by Booking.com .As a consequence both my husband and I had great difficulty going up and down them.

Cottage was exceptionally clean. Hosts very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Especially about the local area. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything you needed was in the cottage, even a parking badge. Thank you Ian and Nessa we had a wonderful break.
