Breakfast was excellent good choice of cereals /breads and fruits and of course the fresh eggs Nice chat at breakfast with the owner was very helpful with places of interest along the coast

The outside areas looked a bit tired could probably do with a bit of a spruce up but as we were using it as a base to tour the coastline really didn't affect us. The cafe at the beach wasn't very good never open ,Also other local places to see in the village could have been more emphasized so as you knew what was available local to the site

Lovely studio room en suite. Short walk to the beach. Tastefully decorated, with tiles, sink, tap, furnishings, lighting, flooring, half door all adding to the pleasant ambiance. Super quality bed linen and towels. Generous, natural product toiletries etc. Some breakfast items, milk, fruit, beverages including fresh coffee provided. Outside, flowers in window box, hanging and flower bed., table and chairs and own parking. The room is in a row of 4, in this hot weather it was delightfully cool (heaters available) and very good sound insulation. Management are super helpful. Although on the east coast the beach faces west so you get sunsets over the sea. Nice thing to do at the end of the day to try to catch a good one.

There is a wonderful large skylight above the bed do you can see the sky when lying in bed. However it needed to be covered to keep the room cool. On my last night the management kindly removed the cover at my request so I could see the stars at night. Ideally it would be good to have a mechanism so that the occupier could open and close a cover themselves.

Brilliant location, right by the beach with local amenities in walking or short driving distance. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with wonderful hosts! ( bramble the dog is a bonus). Very dog friendly site. Brilliant value for money, the hosts even give you a breakfast starter package for your first morning, including teas, coffee, honey, milk and cereals. Also provided is local area knowledge of places to eat and visit. Highly recommended ordering from the Chinese takway leaflet in room, it was a lovely meal. Overall a lovely calm and relaxing place to stay with your dog right on the beach front.

The location was lovely. Close to the beach (100 metres!). Great location to access other Norfolk coastal locations, including Sandringham which is only 10 miles away.

The room I was in was called The Churnery. It was on the face of it a lovely room, but it had an adjoining door that couldn’t be locked on my side, and coupled with an annoyingly loud, and up late at night, family in the adjoining room… it was quite noisy. Shame. Also, it’s a continental breakfast (no bacon/sausage). But the eggs make up for it, and the granary bread!! Mmm. It’s a lovely breakfast.

We stayed in a very cute cottage with a skylight in the roof - good for cloud gazing. Had a great breakfast, with exceptionally fresh eggs, as from their own chickens. Really good choice of options and very friendly chat with owners, who you can see have put a great deal of effort into the premises, with nice touches, toiletries and decor.

Not dislikes in any way - but the cottage has a wooden floor so if going again in March would take a pair of slippers, as a bit cool underfoot. Also internet buffered a bit - but not really there for that, so not a big issue. One other thing, we went out at night and walked to a very nice pub 12 minutes away, and it was useful to have a torch / phone, as you forget how dark it gets in the countryside.

Easy to find, well sited & friendly, helpful available hosts. The bedsit was warm, comfortable & cosy. Skylight above the bed. Nice & also dimmable lighting. Smart tv. Cosy bathroom, good towels etc. Plenty of space for everything with Parking directly outside. Milk & o juice left in the fridge. Plenty of space to settle in with lots of little thoughtful extras as you look around. Kitchenette very good, everything you need is there. Powerful microwave toaster & kettle. Lidil and a garage left on the main Road 3 min drive away. 1 min from paths to Snettisham or Hunstanton..or take the beach route. Nightly dusk goose flights observed on the beach here was spectacular & loud; following the fabulous pink Norfolk sunsets👌. A very comfortable rest & walking break away!

Nothing to dislike

I liked the location right near the beach. The chalet was clean cosy and comfortable especially the bed. The TV was good with catch up TV etc . The chalet had everything you need for a short stay micro wave toaster etc.. the ensuite shower room was good use of space even provided hair dryer . The site was dog friendly though no.provisuons for dog bed bowls etc would have been useful .

The location was very isolated and not well lit to come back to after it got dark . No advice about local taxi firms or providing torches ..was advised to "Google it" ... No option of provision of breakfast for people staying in chalets option of breakfast basket fresh eggs etc would have been nice ..though basic items milk juice and tea bags were provided.. was asked to pay additional cost if I wanted to use car park early on first day and the check in was later than normal at 5 pm.

Great location close to the nice quiet south beach. Absolutely spotless inside and a lot of ‘extras’ like shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee, etc. Very quiet and relaxing, perfect for a stay with dogs. Great bedding!

I was woken early because of the very big skylight, which was a shame. Also, there were some building materials lying around that made the approach to the accommodation a little unsightly, but that did not impact where I was staying.

Perfect room for us. Lovely set up. Rural but modern. Clean nothing falling off. Beds very comfortable and clean. Room was clean. Could do with more space for clothes and if we stayed for a week it would be a pain having suitcases under bed all that time.

Said self catering but no hob to cook on just microwave which isn’t cooking. Not much of a view but nothing major. No settee to relax on just bed. But knew before we went so our choice.

Location for walking was excellent. Decor of chalet very pleasant. Nice gesture to leave orange juice and milk in fridge Lady (staff) who I saw every day was very friendly and informative

Fridge was a tight fit and door had been left open before I arrived - causing the freezer section to defrost and I had to clean up the water. Fortunately, I solved the problem and had no further issues provided I ensured the door was closed. Shingle parking area - worried about damage to car tyres When booking in, I was rather taken aback by the state of the office - it was a complete and utter mess and looked very dirty. I am pleased to say the chalet did not mirror this very poor first impression!!
