The hotel consists of a set of very pleasant buildings, mostly on one level. Our room was large and comfortable with a fully-functioning bathroom attached. Breakfast was satisfactory with just about enough choice. There was a good menu for dinner in the evening, and the quality of the cooking met our expectations and hopes. Old Hunstanton itself offers only one other good eating option. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Some were clearly still learning their roles. Parking facilities were excellent.

With one good exception there were no other restaurants or cafes within walking distance.

A unique Hotel & beautifully decorated, clean & tidy throughout, efficient & friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you, felt very welcomed. Our room was stunning & comfortable. All meals serviced in the restaurant were very good. Great location & short stroll to the beach. Your hanging baskets were stunning 😍too.

Found the bedroom got very warm 🥵 during the night but can’t be helped as we were staying during a mini heatwave. There was a fan in the wardrobe & we did bring one of our own too. It’s Probably not worth getting mini air conditioning units for each room for the occasional hot spell.

The staff were very helpful friendly and professional We had the superior double room and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was immaculate. The breakfast was superb with a huge variety to cater for all. The location was perfect and we had very little disturbance from other guests. The resturant was very well organised. The hotel was run like a 5 star hotel..I would most definitely return in the future. The car park was well kept clean and tidy.

There are a few improvements that would enhance the hotel but I cannot say I didn't like anything. Perhaps a do not disturb sign on the doors. An upgraded modern T.V with better quality sound. A redecoration in the bar area may help to highlight the wood beams. Some sort of music or entertainment . I am just rambling but i was very satisfied and completely relaxed after our 2 night stay.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and very obliging. Lovely fire with comfortable sofas in the bar area which made this a lovely place to relax. Lovely menu and food for dinner and superb breakfast.

Our room was cold when we arrived back each evening so we were very glad that we had taken water bottles so it wasn’t a problem. With beautiful carpets on the room we were very conscious of the need to remove shoes before entering the room especially as it was very wet during our stay. We were glad to have some newspaper with us to stand the shoes on. I think provision needs to be made for this. A drying room would also be useful

We have stayed in this lovely hotel a couple times and always had a warm welcome and great stay. The hotel has benefited from a recent refresh in some areas and had a clean, airy and comfortable feel to it. We travel with out little dog and the little fella was well catered for not only in the room, but with the genuine affection from the staff. The food offering was lovely for evening meal and the hot buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We relaxed in the bar lounge area after dinner and found ourselves staying longer than we had planned, as we were cosy on the sofa that was right next to the fire. Where better to be on a January evening.

Breakfast was amazing, my son prefered the buffet but i prefered ordering my breakfast as we did on 2 of the days. We had dinner a couple of days and it was the best fish and chips i have ever eaten :) . Very dog friendly, loved the outside shower for him, good to keep all the sand outside. Good location too!

The bathroom was very wet, needs a stronger extractor fan. Being the 3rd person to use the shower absolutely everything was covered in water droplets.

It seemed as if the whole place had recently had a complete makeover and was beautifully presented. The room was very light and airy, with windows that could be opened wide, quite unusual for a hotel. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for clothes. The shower room was a delight, a huge shower with a choice of heads. Lots of space to stow toiletries too, always a bonus, I find. The food was generally very good with a nice selection.

The entrance to the room was quite a surprise as the door opened straight onto a staircase… not too bad on entering but leaving became a bit of an art, ducking to get through the door from the stairs!

Absolutely loved staying here for my birthday and our puppy’s first holiday. The location is spot on, not too far from Old Hunstanton beach for a little walk. Room was lovely, spotless and the bed was very comfy! Additional touches such as dog treats went down very well and we made good use of the dog shower after a busy day at the beach. The breakfast was great quality and delicious, staff were so accommodating, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our dog loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave! We will absolutely be back again, for a longer visit.

Everything was splendid. My elderly mother was able to access all areas and the food was wonderful. The room and the way the property is laid out into private courtyards gave you privacy and space to enjoy the weather. The outdoor bar area was again lovely creating a social atmosphere…prefect for tapas and cheeky beers. The staff go out of their way to meet your needs. Brilliant place will definitely be returning as it’s a place you will use to compare other places too.

Seriously nothing. Weather was a little rainy on our first night but can’t change that ! Maybe optional temperature control in room as we were opening window.

The location was great, within 10mins of the beach and a 30min walk along the pavements to Hunstanton Promenade. All staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful!!! Making our first family stay a memorable one. * A special shout out to Emma who went out of her way to get our little one his bed time milk after we forgot to bring it : )

We stayed in one of the dog friendly rooms in what looked to be an extention of the hotel. It was a very spacious room & bathroom with ample room for a dog bed and travel cot. However there was some noise from the neighbouring rooms (we could easily hear neighbours showering).
