The location was super it was very close to the beach and all the town centre. Jane the house keeper was helpful and tried to help us as best as she could thanks 🙏

The only thing that let our stay down was the picnic breakfast, which consisted of a muffin a container of granola and a banana and a yogurt, which to is a strange breakfast and even stranger is its the same things every day? I contacted the manager and was virtually told me that that’s the way it is! I suggested that a toaster in the lounge and loaf of bread would work or a voucher for Thornham deli but this fell on deaf ears, to my mind for a up market establishment this is a poor substitute for a breakfast.

Loved the location, parking, garden and bedroom (although would prefer bath in a seperate room)bedroom amazing and very comfortable, living area was beautiful, stylish and comfortable

Breakfast could be better- not sure about the picinic style - we used the one table in the 'dining area' - but were lucky no-one else was using it! It would be better have more tables available for eating - there were tables outside but a bit chilly in the mornings...Although there was enough to eat and drink I would have been nice to have a choice or a selection, access to toaster/microwave as the same breakfast everyday was a bit 'boring' (sorry). Access to a kitchen would have been - we felt a bit uncomfortable leaving dirty pots out. Just one other thing the water in the bathrooms was VERY HOT - even hot out of the cold tap in the toilet bathroom - a bit odd when cleaning your teeth.

A lovely room, tastefully decorated and furnished, and well appointed with everything that we might need. A very comfortable bed, and we loved the picnic breakfast idea. The sitting room downstairs was very comfortable.

The only small negative was that in the very warm weather during the 4 nights we stayed, the room was always hot. We were in Room 1. Thoughtfully a fan was provided, but such was the temperatures it just swirled the hot air around. Please don’t accept this as a criticism, more that if a portable air conditioner was placed in the room, it would mean that the room would be entirely excellent.

Delighted by how quaint and quirky the building was as a whole and special little touches in the room , such as fan being on when we arrived in the September heatwave ! And some un expected lovely cake for our afternoon arrival . Plenty of coffee , tea and hot chocolate options , and extra water in the fridge which was much needed ! White fluffy bathrobes were also a welcome extra . Literally 5 minutes walk to the beach with the red and white cliffs, where we had the most amazing walks and the dogs really loved it too ! Also a pleasant , convenient , enclosed garden to relax in before and after our trips out each day , also with sun loungers !

Overall we loved it here and planning on coming back soon , and will certainly recommend . The only issue we had was late the first evening we couldn’t get any cold water out of the taps ,only very hot water. We eventually managed to get some cooler water out of the shower for the dogs to drink . We did mention this to the owners online and Jane kindly brought us several bottles of water for the dogs early next morning . Jane was very attentive and friendly wanting to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful room! Excellent supplies for both humans and dog guests. Parking onsite was a bonus too. Our breakfast bag was delicious and we both commented how amazing the muffins were! Very dog friendly, that is always a huge win for us as we regularly travel with our two dogs- to feel they were not a problem was brilliant. Not a complaint, more an observation- It was a tiny bit on the warm side when we arrived (unusual for the UK!) and the main windows on the ground floor don't open, However there was a very powerful fan provided which made the room cooler for us all. We were very comfortable.

Stayed here on the 2nd of August in room 1 with my daughter for her birthday. It was a last minute booking and our first stay in a B&B always choosing hotels or Caravan sites. I was a bit anxious on how the stay would go but my worries were completely unfounded. We arrived earlier than our check in time and was greeted by a friendly lady in the car park who advised us our room was ready which was a bonus. The room located on the first floor was large , spacious and comfy. Decorated beautifully and little extras such as chocolate éclair sweets and brownies made it that extra special. There was a breakfast back and a fridge and even a mini freezer within the fridge. There was an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and a handy ironing board and iron. There was use of the communal lounge which also was decorated very elegantly . The location was good, less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Hunstanton and there was a small free carpark on site. I didn't thi k a b&b would have so many facilities but it had more than a lot of hotels I have stayed in. We also had complete privacy which I didn't expect. The only time we actually saw another person was when we checked in and out. It really was an exceptional stay and we will definitely return.

The car park is very compact however I know not a lot can be done about that and most places don't offer free car parking so appreciated just having somewhere to park.

Very dog friendly! Which I always appreciate. They provided a NICE dog bed, blanket, bowls, snacks, poo bags and a cute note for our boy. No problem with babies either :) Clean and comfortable, The location is really great, 2 min from the beach and a quick walk/drive to the doggy beach, nice quiet street. Parking available. The picnic breakfast from thornham deli is very good. Great value for money, will book again!

Maybe it's my fault but the breakfast was on top of the fridge that was inside the closet, I did not open the closet so I didn't know there was a fridge and waited a few hours for milk for my coffee 😬😬 instructions (that maybe were provided and I missed) would have been nice :) 15 pounds charge for dog - is perfectly reasonable and happy to pay for the effort of cleaning after a dog, zero complaints - I just didn't know it was meant to be paid on cash and I don't usually carry cash.

We loved the outdoor space and the comfortable room. The style was contemporary and we appreciated thoughtful touches like a brownie left for us on arrival. As we were on a cycling tour the fact the breakfast was a picnic left for us in the fridge was more flexible than a sit down meal. We ate it in the sunshine in our little courtyard.

When booking I didn’t realise the bath was in the bedroom and the shower was a contemporary style where there is no door. As we were friends sharing rather than a couple the lack of privacy was slightly tricky but didn’t detract from a very pleasant stay. Likewise I had thought it was a twin bed.

Breakfast was perfect, bath & toiletries excellent & tea/coffee just as requested. Room light & airy & bed extremely comfortable. Nice little garden area to sit with coffee or muffin from the picnic breakfast. Extra fruit available in the lounge & soya milk available whenever needed.

Needed to get use to the hot/cold taps with 'super' pressure & cold taps seemed to run hot. Did wonder about the half net curtains giving enough privacy from nearby properties but then I only needed to pull the main curtain right across. I'm too used to country living hehe.

The position was excellent, we enjoyed walking to the beach, cafe and into town. The standard of decor was high. The linen was high quality. The facilities were good as well, such as Nespresso coffee maker and small fridge.

Lack of surfaces to put things. Poor lighting for shaving and make-up. The bath is uncomfortable and takes so long to fill, we didn't use it! A small folding table would help with eating breakfast indoors. It felt a bit overlooked, a net curtain to draw across would be nice. Upstairs had a boisterous puppy, the noise was terrible.
