Nice hotel but quite dated. Perfect location. Breakfast more expensive than stated and not very good. Wrong WiFi codes written down in rooms. I sent them a message with a special requirement twice which was ignored. I don't think they read them. I really think there should be a fridge in the room. The rooms were clean and everything worked. I slept well and had a lovely sea view. I would stay there again.

Wrong WiFi code in rooms. No fridge. special request part of the form was ignored twice ! Time of arrival part on the online form only starts at 3pm we arrived about 1pm. Breakfast was much more expensive than stated and not very nice ( full english) could really do with new carpets.

It was a great location overlooking the sea front and a lovely pub with a good atmosphere. The room was lovely and quiet and clean and the beds were very comfortable which is the main thing

Everything was lovely but we didn’t have a breakfast menu in our room as you had to order the night before from the menu and book a time so we didn’t have breakfast there. On Booking.com it says there are chocolates in the room which there wasn’t but 2 biscuits each so although it didn’t bother us it might be a good idea not to advertise this and then if they are in the room it’s a bonus.

Great location and liked having 3 beds rather than sofa beds. Good size bathroom and good shower

Double bed was very soft on edges and made us fall out the f too close to the edges, noisy from beer garden area with shouting/arguing at night, bathroom window was broken so had to keep kids away from it as it didn’t lock, hard to speak to anyone before or after pub opening hours, had to ask for WiFi password as no info in rooms, no breakfast included with fairly high price for room only as paid 240 for two nights

As the shower wasn’t working in the room we had booked, we were given 2 rooms next to each other. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the sea. The mattresses were comfortable and we all slept well. Brilliant location and managed to park in front of the property.

The extractor wasn’t working which wasn’t an issue for us as we only stayed the 1 night. The television in the king room was purple and despite trying to sort, couldn’t get it much better. No food as there was staff sickness.

The property was very old with loads of character. It is situated yards from the sea with many rooms having sea views. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast good and the rooms more than adequate.

We visited the property during winter months so parking wasn’t an issue, but I think it would be more difficult during summer months. Quite a long distance from car to the bedroom - through 2 sets of doors, up stairs and down a very long corridor. However, once there, everything okay.

Breakfast was great just lacked mushrooms for me 😊 staff were lovely and helpful and made us feel like locals which we loved. Everything you needed you could access yourself if you ran out , certainly going back.

I dont think anything could be better tbh. Oh the soap dispenser was empty but we had soap so i didnt ask but i,m sure it would,ve been refilled if i had of done 😊

The location is fantastic, parking right across the street or on road directly in front of the pub. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was brilliant.

Just a few little snags, back of nightstand drawers not affixed, a quilt cover that fit the quilt would be preferable (far too large), no plug socket at the side of the night stand for charging phones. Just small niggly things, wouldn't stop us returning.

Nice & close to the seafront & town. Free parking available. Bed very comfortable. Pleasant staff. Full english for breakfast was lovely. Room had everything i needed (toiletries & tea/coffee facilities.

Room small & dark. Generator outside my small window was noisy at times. Shower head wasn't moveable. But great for the one night we were there. Place all over looked tired, & could do with decorating.

Great location very dog friendly. All the staff very welcoming helpful and friendly. Excellent full English breakfast. Spacious sea view room. Good value. Would happily return.

No designated parking but we were able to find free parking on nearby roads. Rooms are tired would benefit from good revamp and new furniture and fittings but bed was comfortable and shower was good.

Warmly and helpfully greeted by lady behind the bar (long dark hair) Well located near the town and beach. Room clean and bright with a good sea view. Good value for a seaview room.

Fine for a one nighter, was as expected. Was a little noisier later on with other guests returning to rooms a bit noisily but again, was not unexpected due to the establishment being a pub/hotel.
