Really convenient location, short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants, crazy golf, sealife centre etc. Des and Mo were lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean, with good sized ensuite, decent hairdryer and well stocked tea/coffee. The dining room was available if we wanted to bring food back and there was also a lounge which we were too worn out to use but was nice to have. Breakfast was delicious and really good coffee too.

Parking is generally on the road but since I have a tiny car I was able to squeeze on the front. Wasn't an issue for us but just an FYI for future guests.

Des and Mo, and Maui their wonderfully natured very handsome blue Staffie, were the perfect hosts. The rooms are of ample size, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is cooked fresh with great efficiency and also high quality ingredients. No tinned mushrooms here, the mushrooms are fresh. The bacon and sausages are locally sourced. Impeccable. Both Des and Mo are helpful with any local knowledge or advice of you wish for it. Friendly and genuine without being too overbearing ever. 10 out of 10. We shall return.

The month's rainfall in one weekend. That is down to the weather gods only though, can't blame Des and Mo for that (unless Des sings in the shower).

Breakfast!! Absolutely amazing everyday and you could choose what you wanted. The hosts were so lovely, they made us feel right at home and were always there if we needed anything. The guest house is in the perfect spot and has a sea view, just a short walk down the road and you're on the sea front. We stayed in a family room on the top floor and it was perfect for our needs, really comfy beds and a lovely big bath and shower.

I loved every bit of my stay

Des and Mo were excellent hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room was very clean and it came with tea and coffee facilities with extra milk, and biscuits were provided too, which was a lovely personal touch. The English breakfast was cooked to perfection with good quality local produce. There was a good range of cereal and yogurts, toast and jam/marmalade. It’s a perfect area to stay in with a short walk to all amenities. Des and Mo recommended restaurants to try, if you wanted an evening meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Would definitely go back.

You won’t be disappointed. **The guesthouse was amazing, superbly clean, close to the beachfront with super comfy beds, a spacious bathroom, a huge tasty English breakfast every morning, tea and coffee in your room. **The hosts were so lovely and friendly, took a genuine interest in you (& everyone that stayed) And very thoughtfully put shower gel in the bathroom. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

It was lovely from the minute you walked in the door. The proprietor made you feel welcome and gave us a entry to a local club that was cheap. The room we had was large with a four poster bed which was very comfy. Plenty of teas and coffee not like the usual places where only four are given. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Would definatley go back again

Everything good position so clean and thoughtful hosts

Bedroom was small but very comfortable. The on suite was good with the shower superb. Breakfast was ordered the night before so everything was ready and cooked very well. The choices were excellent. The whole property was lovely and clean. Des and Mo, the owners, are very good hosts.

Parking is tight but there is plenty of parking on the road outside. Everything else was very good so there is nothing to improve.

Comfortable, well-equipped room. Very good breakfast - plenty of choice. Friendly staff - ready to help. Clean and airy.

In the warm weather, the duvet was too heavy and hot - a sheet as alternative would have been appreciated. The bath was quite slippery - apparently, a rubberised mat would have been available on request, but perhaps it should be part of the facilities. Falls can be dangerous especially for the elderly.

Our room was on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb! It was quiet and comfortable, the shower was very spacious, there was plenty of tea/coffee and my daughter was provided with green tea bags too. Delicious cooked breakfast, plenty of juice, coffee etc., lovely dining room. Everything was very clean and our hosts were friendly and helpful. A really pleasant base, and so close to the shops and sea front. Perfect!

The light pulls over our beds were very short and meant we had to clamber out of the snuggly duvet to reach them, so we would recommend longer cords for the bedside lights, similar to the main light cord!

The location couldn't be better - 2 minutes from the sea front and all the shops and restaurants. Very easy free on street parking is a great bonus. Owners friendly and helpful. The room + breakfast was excellent value for what I paid. Would recommend and return if I visit Hunstanton again.

Would have liked to know a bit about their environmental policy - e.g. how to ensure towels would not be replaced after a single use unless the guest wanted this done.
