Breakfast cannot be booked using booking.com but was easily arranged at checkin. ÂŁ10 each and it was delicious. Lots of choice available and refills of coffee. Evening meal was delicious with a robust menu and specials. Service smooth and quick. Room 7 - fully expected a ghostly visit from Lily but (un)fortunately not that night. Peaceful rest and sleep waking refreshed. Room very clean with ample light, heat and towels. Sufficient space for a 1 night stay. Staff so pleasant, smiling and kind.
Nothing to add as its a fabulous place and can't wait to go back. Would be easier to book breakfast on booking.com but that's no hardship really and I am just writing something in the box without making it up

Lovely little hotel above a traditional British pub. As close to the main shops of Haworth as you could hope to get and buildings steeped in history. The room was very well presented with a very nice sized en suite bathroom as well. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of freshly made offerings on top of your standard continental fayre. There is also a guest lounge with very comfortable sofas if you don't want to be in the bar/pub area itself but don't want to be confined to your room. There are just 8 parking bays at the actual property, however if you are unable to park on the premises they provide a parking pass for the nearby Haworth Central Car Park.
Bedroom was a bit slanted and so the bed sloped to one side, but given the age of the building this is to be expected. Other than that, couldn't fault it.

We really enjoyed the location—in the middle of town. The gentleman who greeted us on arrival was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the historic documents in the breakfast room. Waitstaff in the bar were very kind. Despite having little parking in town, the Inn has a designated parking area, which was helpful.
The carpet is worn and tired and needs to be replaced. I didn’t care for the “Whitby Prawns” at dinner. It was mostly batter and very little prawn. My husband liked his meal. Drinks were good.

We were welcomed by a lovely chap who checked us in and wished my Husband a Happy Birthday (he knew because a member of our family had called and added a bar tab for us). Our room was ready but we were unable to park our car as the car park was blocked. The young lady behind the bar and the young chap who checked us in kept any eye on the situation and informed us when the carpark was accessible. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but did book for breakfast the following morning. We decided to visit a few of the may pubs in the village and then went for an Indian at the Kashmiri Aroma Haworth, highly recommend! The breakfast was very good value and although there was no black pudding (it said there was on the menu) it was plentiful and well cooked (poached eggs were perfection).
My only niggle was the bed was only a double, to most this would not be a problem but we have a Superking bed at home so it felt very small. However there was what we referred to as 'an argument bed' in the room so I think if we had been staying for more than one night, one of us may have used it. Not a complaint just information for other guests.

Absolutely love this place... Came across it accidentally last year and had something to eat, enjoyed it that much myself and my 2 daughters purposely booked it for my daughter 18th this weekend just gone... She loves Haworth and the Bronté's it's our favourite place. Was more than happy with the accommodation and reception we'd received off the ladies and gents... Next time I'd like to know if our therapy dog could stay with us as we didn't attempt it this time and my youngest daughter really struggled... I'd checked previous reviews and they said no dogs, yet there were loads in whilst people were eating so next time I'll check this.
Nothing I didn't like

Breakfast was excellent. I'm a full English guy and it met my expectations. The family (wife and 17 mo daughter) were also well catered for. Wife same as me with cereal, daughter is into weetabix and rice crispies so rhe offering was good.
The only issue was the hot room. However cannot be too hard about this. The hotel is an old building and it had a mobile air-conditioning unit venting through the wall to outside, but this was quite noisy and not always adequate to cool the room. However shouldn't complain as there was at least something to take some of the heat away and that we had such good weather! The parking is a little right, but we had no issues.

breakfast was particularly good. Good range of fresh fruit, yogurt cereals, cooked food, including full English breakfast, toast with choice of breads and hot drinks. All cooked food was freshly cooked to order and nicely served in a very pleasant dining room/restaurant evening meal was very enjoyable, with sufficient choice Our room was spacious, well equipped, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hospitality tray was very good, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and lovely biscuits. the bathroom was well equipped and spacious, though I didn't quite get the hang of the shower! Checkout was very efficient
staff were 'pushed 'and there seemed to be a shortage of waitresses, causing a delay in taking guests' orders for their meals, on our first evening. That said, those who were waitressing were hard working and did their best to meet everyone's needs. There was a good range of food and a 'specials board ' and our food was nicely served and very enjoyable.

Most of staff were friendly and helpful. Good position on the main street. Food was good. Beds were comfy and room lovely and warm. Lovely view from window
Service for food wasn't good on Thursday evening when we ate at the hotel. The male barman was rushing about but the girl wasnt much use. The service was 100% better on Friday when all staff were good. Towels were changed and drinks replenished but beds weren't made which was disappointing. Television small and buttons worn so had to guess use.

Very friendly staff and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee-making facilities. Nice and warm. TV and toiletries supplied. Breakfast was pretty good and service excellent. The location is perfect - at the top of the Main Street and minutes by foot from the Bronte Parsonage.
The hotel decor is old-fashioned and could do with a face-lift. The room was warm, clean and comfortable but don't expect cutting-edge design in terms of furnishings or amenities.
