Cheap bedding - the sheet was too uncomfortable to sleep on as it was itchy because it was old, badly pilled (bobbly and rough). I had to sleep on the duvet cover instead. Very hot room which had been completely unventilated before I arrived so the room was sweltering and stank of floor cleaner. Also, despite the time of year, the bed had a winter duvet on it. I had to close the windows overnight despite the heat as it was too noisy from the nearby road and motorbikes racing each other until quite late. A few maintenance issues that need seeing to.

Clean and smart with all the normal facilities. I did like the availability of a fridge, especially as the weather was rather warm. All in all, a good stay.

Just a couple of small things. Firstly, it wasn't clear when booking whether we'd get a ground floor or 1st floor apartment. My wife is disabled so climbing the stairs was difficult. Secondly, having the double bed against the wall on two sides was tricky. We did move it out enough from the wall for us to get on/off the bed so not a great issue but again it would have been good to know upfront.

Spotlessly clean, clear information about accessing the property. Lots of kitchen space and seating area. Double hobs/ microwave ovens if you are sharing the kitchen space.

No chairs in the room. There were bean bag style seats but too low to sit on if you wanted to sit and eat for example. Could be fold up chairs and even small table to save space. I didn't think it was made clear in the information that the kitchen area was shared. I assumed that as advertised as a studio accommodation it would be self contained.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for our one night stay. Host was very accommodating and communication was great prior our visit. Fridge, TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom were all great touches.

No full length mirror. Would have preferred a chair as opposed to stool and little bean bag style stools / seats.

The apartment was spotless, the lady who was cleaning was really lovely and helpful. Everything was easy and straight forward and would definitely come again! Great location, lovely touches with Netflix, great shower and a very comfortable bed.Thank you! Planning my next stay already!

Had a lovely stay , good location, housekeeper very welcoming and kind . Very clean , parking good , spacious.

Only negative the room was very light at night as the blinds are thin and street lights right outside .

Great location for me. Close to the train station. Close to town. Close to my work project. I walked everywhere. Very quiet. Very clean. Great kitchen. Nice meeting other guests in the kitchen. Easy access. I'll be back in September.

No milk in room or kitchen, which may have been an oversight as tea and coffee facility was provided.

A really straightforward walk into town and to the sea front. The apartments were clean and functional with a shared kitchen for convenience.

It would be useful to have a bedside table or shelf to put a drink or alarm clock on!

Attractive apartment, very reasonably priced, included washing and drying facilities on the site at no extra charge.

There were a couple of small maintenance issues - eg patio door wouldn't lock, tricky blind , but overall great value for money!!
