Very clean, well kitted out kitchen, comfortable lounge with huge TV, and a great shower. Location was perfect for getting around the city on foot.

The small double bed in apartment 2 has a foot board which made it uncomfortable for my husband who is fairly tall. The apartment bedroom window looked directly into the neighbours property (and vice versa), the lounge window looked into an outside space for what appeared to be an office courtyard, where someone was standing on one of the mornings on his phone! We had to keep the blinds closed for privacy the whole time as it is a ground floor apartment. The fridge in the studio apartment was also very noisy and backed onto the bedroom wall where the headboard was, and it frequently kicked in during the night.

Very clean, modern property in a great location. Very good communication from 80 by Elite making checking in and out Very easy. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom lovely! Wifi worked well for us no issues at all. No noise issues for us - even being close to the city centre. Location good - walking distance to Liverpool One and Albert Docks.

The apartment got hot on the second day, with no AC, it might have been helpful to know how to open the windows more? They were on a lock (great for families with kids) if we'd been there for a second night I would have messaged to ask and I'm sure they would have been helpful with this too!

everything , was absolutely spot on , from communication with the host , to location, to cleanliness , absolutely everything was perfect, was a wedding anniversary getaway for me an my wife and it was just perfect , highly recommend, will 100%use again

property was beautiful , from the outlay to the cookery draw , absolutely amazing , high end appartment, not some scruffy bed sit with high end prices , it is the perfection , the pictures do not justify This place , literally a few minutes walk from anywhere that’s worth going in liverpool , see you soon ❤️ and thankyou

This place made our stay in Liverpool so much more pleasant. It was neatly cleaned and inside interior was refined and modern. Many windows with nice views were the highlight of this apartment. It was close to the downtown of the city about 10-20 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this place to other people, and stay here again if I visit Liverpool again.

There is no elevator, but considering all the merits of this place this is such a minor flaw.

The apartment it’s self is very well set out lovely space for 6-8 people. The room was clean, light and had a very welcoming feel. Beds were like sleeping clouds, sofa beds not so much but they are still relatively comfortable. The street was very quiet for a ground floor flat we heard nothing all night.

Not all of the windows opened up so it did get warm in there when the sun was out, but all blinds worked and provided shade when needed.

The apartment felt like such a treat, It felt like luxury. Really affordable when split between friends. The space and openness was beautiful.

During the May bank Holiday weekend the weather was in the 20s, It was hot especially in the apartment. We would of liked to be able to open the windows more. We would of also liked to off been able to use the balcony space or back garden area.

What an absolutely beautiful property. Liz was excellent from the point of booking, to our arrival, stay and check out. Has only had the property since April, what an outstanding job she has done - high quality throughout. Right next to China Town, if of interest.

Would have loved a dishwasher (more than a washing machine!). And if being ‘pinniky’ - very small cutlery !

The owner of the property was the most helpful person I've came across when booking somewhere to stay , she was so pleasant and helped with so many things , would strongly reccomend going to this property and staying brilliant location close to anything you need , comfortable stay and clean inside the property beds was comfortable and very spacious.

Lovely space , really homey and comfortable. The staff were lovely and communicated well. The location was perfect to get in to central. Wish we could have stayed longer! Staff went above and beyond for us ,ringing when we could enter earlier than expected and minding our bags on the last day. Also Best night's sleep! The bed was so comfortable and very quiet
