The property was great and perfect for what we needed, we were a hen party and there was plenty of room for everyone including a sitting area for us all. The location was brilliant and we were within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. I was able to get into the apartment early and decorate before the hen arrived and we had cleaning products and everything was well explained. The rooms were perfect and just what we needed.

Everything was great, we weren’t able to use our second bathroom through no fault of our hostess and she was great in managing this for us to ensure we were still able to have a great time.

Everything! The communication with Charlotte was brilliant right from the beginning and when I had some concerns these were answered quickly and I was reassured. The apartment itself is beautiful and furnished to a high standard. We had two bedrooms (each with 3 single beds) and a huge bathroom. The kitchen was very modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. Rodney Street is a great location for those who want to head into Liverpool as it's in walking distance (15 minutes and you're in Liverpool One)

The spaces in both apartments were large enough to comfortably accomidate our whole party. It was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and practical. Location to city centre was good and some nice food places around. Charlotte was helpful and communicated well, door code was easy to use.

One of the rooms was a little crowded, with us having to climb over a bed to get to another. It was a little loud in the downstairs bedrooms from the street, sirens and people passing by. Probably needed an extra key in the room of 12, however we diddnt ask.

Perfect location. Excellent value for money (especially compared to similar properties). Charlotte was great, easy to contact and really accommodating (thanks again!). No issues with noise as mentioned in other reviews. We really enjoyed our stay

Nothing- it was as expected for an apartment that sleeps so many guests. Few marks on the walls, little bit of damage to some of the furniture, but nothing that impacted our stay or couldn’t be overlooked.

The apartment was clean & tidy when we turned up. The apartment is in a good location, and everything is within walking distance. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels to use. Charlotte was great to deal with and is always available by text or phone. Would definitely recommend.

The smells of the toilets were quite bad, am guessing drainage & the living room needs an Alexa or speaker of some sort.

the location is fantastic, we went for a hen party and it was close to the train station and lots of nice bars and restaurants. it had everything we needed, kitchen, tv, mirrors, hairdryer, iron. the communication was great, I was struggling to find which door to go in and Charlotte answered her phone to me straight away when I called.

It was perfect for a Hen Do and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and a fab shower.

It wasn't the cleanest, floors definitely hadn't been hoovered. Musky smell and bathroom needs a good deep clean. Could do with an extra toilet.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. It was very clean, you had everything you needed and beds were comfortable and the owner was very helpful. The location at the top end of town was ideal and not far from two train stations so an ideal place and just far away from the noise.

there was 10 girls with us a few extra mirrors around and maybe another toilet but that would just be nip picking as the apartment was fab

Good facilities and space. Beds were overall decent enough to sleep in. Living space was relaxing and well equipped.

More of a suggestion - it might be worth having a slip proof mat in the shower for safety purposes.
