This room suited my purpose amply as a solo traveller in a prime location close to Liverpool city centre. The room was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and booking in/checking out was easy. In addition to this, I was given a key to let myself into the hotel which meant I had no concerns about returning late.

Some of the facilities were basic but suited me as a solo traveller. Not many staff so lobby can seem deserted. Need to ring a bell to get service although this is not an inconvenience

The location is perfect. Close enough for shopping, travel,food and night life but far enough away that you don't hear all the night clubs. Staff were lovely and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will without a doubt stay here again .

The only thing I would suggest is a slightly bigger kettle and full size cups instead of tea cups as they don't hold alot of drink.

Great location, close to all nightlife, staff are very helpful and friendly, our room was available earlier than expected and was allowed to check-in when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time)

Isn't the hotels fault but the seagulls can be very noisy but aside from that it was a fairly quiet stay considering how close you are to the city centre

Location was great for city centre and also the Philharmonic Hall which was why we were In Liverpool. Hotel was secure, comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and even took us up to our room on arrival. Tea making facilities were plentiful and good quality. The car park recommended by the hotel was a few 100 yards down the road and really cheap compared to some others in the area.

It was very clean being a house keeper myself I notice things more very good quality bedding pillow and quilt . Staff very friendly. Having a twin room there was loads of space to move around room. you get what you pay for would befo recommend it. Great location better then thought 5 min walk to main shops and everything eles just perfect .

The room was a great size. The location of the hotel was literally close to everything in the city centre. The staff was very friendly. The transaction of check-in and check-out was smooth. The price was reasonable - especially as it was the weekend of Eurovision so was content that we did not have to pay a ridiculous amount for one night stay.

Cleanliness could be slightly better. We requested for a double bed but we received twin beds - but this is very minor.

Someone always available at reception when bell was rung. Room serviced promptly the morning after my first night. Fresh milk offered along with the tea/coffee-makin facilities. Nice deluge shower.

Very small basin in the en suite, plug didn't work so had to let tap run when shaving. Might have preferred duvet rather than the heavy bedclothes on the single bed, but once again no real problem. Don't think the radiator worked but the wall-mounted heater meant that also wasn't a problem.

Friendly welcome, receptionist carried my case upstairs and went to fetch me fresh milk for my coffee. Room was small but compact, warm and had almost everything I needed for a short stay packed into it. No breakfast provided but there was tea and coffee in the room, and convenience stores nearby. Very good value for money in a central Liverpool location, within walking distance from Lime Street Station and convenient for sightseeing.

Room was quite hot, so I turned off the radiator and removed some of the heavy bedding. Bed was on the soft side but comfortable. Would have been nice to have some shower gel available in the bathroom, though two small soap bars were provided.

The location is brilliant. There are many facilities around there: markets, stores, metro and train station ( less than 10 blocks).

Wifi connection was poor. I had to change my room because in the first one there was no sign of internet connection. The bathroom was good. In the second one the sign wasn't good either, but at least I could use the wifi. But the bathroom was very small. Difficult to move in the shower.. I didn't like.
