We were in the family room, plenty of cute seating options and the staff were incredible. So kind to talk to and were so attentive, they had us leaving with smiles on our faces

We loved our stay there. Staff and all people staying was great. Definitely high light of our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Everything. All the staff and people in the hostel was amazing. Couldnt fault anything, you meet people from all walks of life and I grew a lot personally from 4 nights here. The energy is very magnetic there. I will 100% return when the times right.

The overall environment of the hostel is just beautiful. Decoration, patio, and especially, treatment of the staff.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Only about a mile to town. Fourth time staying here now. Will definitely be back.

The place was easy to find and not too far from the docks and the city centre, it is walking distance though buses run fairly close by. The staff seemed very friendly, helpful and laid back, the guy who was there when I checked in also seemed very knowledgeable about the local area and what to see/do. The single room I had, while basic, was sufficient for my needs and the price was pretty good compared to some of the alternatives that I was considering.

The cleanliness in the room could have been a little better, I think with the tree over the road being rather big, stuff just kinda blows in from it on the wind, if the window if left open. I had petals and greenfly on my pillows when I arrived. Also I wasn't too keen on the fact that the bathroom on my floor was for women only, they're basically one person only rooms anyway because of the size and facilities so making them for just a single gender seems pointless.

A very warm welcome from the most unique and unforgettable hostel. Full of chacter and charm and a few surprises. Situated in the beautiful Georgian quarter, it's somewhere to take in and really appreciate. Shops for essentials are just around the corner.

Try to remain vigilant, as hostelling in England can be risky, in the dormitories . I stayed in the all female dormitory, and the majority of the time, it was very good. A couple of issues presented, due to witchcraft being practised... just take something to cover up, in case it happens and enjoy the hostel.

Well where do I start... absolutely incredible value for money under 25 pound you get a bed a hot shower and breakfast buffett each morning.the maids are here every morning and the place is so clean I would eat my breakfast off the floor if it fell on it. Victoria,baldy and Kevin senior are all absolutely incredible accommodating and made me feel at home for my whole stay. Its not like a normal hostel it is more like a home away from home i loved it, also there is No rush for you to get out when your checking out or anything I will be returning for sure.

I'm reading some negative reviews and I am convinced they are fake reviews or something because this place is absolutely fantastic
