Amazing hosts, Liz and Mark were fabulous, not interfering but there if you needed anything, always had a warm welcome and friendly smiles. Our room was gorgeous, so comfortable, warm and beautiful views of the sea. Everything in the room was well thought out, from the teas/coffees, bathroom supplies to the pair of binoculars for viewing the beautiful scenery. We had a great night sleep and there were no problems in parking our car outside. Breakfast was amazing with lovely little touches in the breakfast room, we loved the layout and the well laid out tables, with views of the sea regardless of where you sat.
Not being able to stay longer!

I liked exceptional attention to the details in the property and very friendly hosts. We travel a lot and I can say that Liz and Mark are going an extra mile every day to make sure that their guests feel good during a stay. The room was spacious (that was actually two rooms!!!), and very comfortable, with a beautiful see view. Location is perfect - close to the city center and little Orme. Their breakfast is good and very flexible (you can have more or less every time), also big selection of other things such as cereals or jams. I would recommend this place for everyone.
It is very hard to find anything I did not like. Maybe they could move the pier a little bit closer:-). Just joking, it is a good thing to have a short walk after delicious breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast was cooked to perfection!! The rooms were very comfortable with stunning views. Liz and Mark went the extra mile every chance they could! They made the stay feel very personal and always took an interest in what we were doing Amazing hosts!! Also, the dining room was stunning and felt very homely. By far the nicest hotel we have been to. Also, a little gift when leaving was such a lovely added touch. I couldn't recommend more!! If I could give higher than a 10 I would!! Will visit again first sure!
Nothing. Everything was perfect

Booked at the last minute when my other booking fell through. So glad it did. Lovely location on the promenade at the quiet end. 15 minutes walk along the prom to the centre. The property was spotlessly clean and lots of little extras supplied to nibble on with your coffee. Mark and Liz were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, loads of choices. Unfortunately I had to cut my holiday short due to illness but I will be back when I can.
Possibly a little far out of the centre for people who are unable to walk too far but there is a bus nearby

Absolute gem of a place. We had a lovely welcome, with Mark taking our cases to our room. The room had lovely views of the promenade and sea, was spotless and really comfortable, and a lovely large walk-in shower bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and hot, with plenty of choice. Liz and Mark are brilliant hosts, with whom we had a lovely evening in the bar one evening. Liz even treated us to a song. And Marks poached eggs are the best. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful holiday. Hopefully, we'll be back. Mike and Suzanne
Absolutely nothing, fantastic place

We had a lovely double room 3 just a tad small for us but excellent facilities and very clean ,we were shown the other rooms which are bigger so will book a bigger one next time, excellent breakfast lovely produce fresh and hot, loved the squeezed orange juice, fruit and cereal available too.Very friendly and hospitable hosts they get a 10 from us thankyou. thankyou for the little treat of wine, stout and jelly beans..😄
Only quibble was the size of our room and the bed dips on the left hand side so a bit uncomfortable for me.Everything else was spot on.

Absolutely everything! Hosts Mark and Liz were very welcoming, know the area well and helpful in anyway. Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom were well stocked with all the necessities plus little details that were really appreciated. This Seaview location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and sites. Bus stops to other destination sites are close as well. A full and delicious breakfast was served each morning in the lovely dining room. The front garden is delightful with all its live and colorful flowers. Mark and Liz have created a wonderful experience for visitors to their home!
There is not one thing we didn't like!

The hotel is quaint, welcoming and set in a beautiful location. Liz and Mark are the consummate hosts. Nothing is too much for them. Within ten minutes, Liz had raced to the shop to get fresh fruit for our breakfast. The cooked breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. We stayed in the penthouse room at the top of the hotel. It was immaculately presented and provided a wonderful vista of the bay. The room was clean, cosy and provided ample room. Liz and Mark worry that it's split level, with the bathroom on the ground floor of the suite, but we enjoyed this quirk. The attentiveness and care with which we were greeted upon arrival was matched by the little touches throughout our stay. A welcome card in our room gave the personal touch and a lovely note on our breakfast table on the final morning, inviting us to return in the future, are prime examples. We'll done Mark and Liz. You have a delightful hotel and made our stay perfect.
There's nothing to dislike at Glan Y Mor.

The hosts Liz and Mark were extremely welcoming and informative - nothing was too much for them to help us with during our stay. The location on the promenade means that free parking is always available nearby, and the room had a sea view down to the pier and the Great Orme. Both our penthouse suite and the public areas were tastefully and well furnished and the ensuite facilities were modern and spacious. The quality of breakfast was of the highest order and extremely tasty. There is a small friendly bar.

We had a fabulous short stay at the Glan Y Mor hotel. It's a rare experience when you're treated like a family member and no request is too much trouble. This was our second visit to the hotel but our first with new owners Liz and Mark and being more than just a hotel, we're eagerly awaiting a third later this year. Comfortable, sizeable and tastefully decorated rooms and oh!, did we mention the breakfasts? More than enough excellently cooked and served traditional English fayre to start your day.
As you might guess,....... Nothing!
