The room was clean well all the facilities were clean, the bed was really comfortable and there was no noise. It's owned/run by a really nice couple, the husband is really helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings. The breakfast is really delicious and fresh. All and all when I return for another visit I know where I'm going to stay. 10/10

There is a big problem with parking, if you go by car to hike, climb Snowdonia, see the waterfalls or castles, book parking at least 24h prior. By the way this is just a heads up this is NOT the Oasis fault.

Centrally located on beachfront promenade. Wonderfully attentive staff and host. Great breakfast selection. Nicely appointed rooms. Plentiful on-street parking AFTER 4pm. Good location for exploring north Wales.

"mountain view' rooms overlook the back of a shopping mall with mountains in the background. Opt for the seafront view (very pretty) if available. We didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms, but the mountain view was underwhelming. This property, like all on the seafront, is 100+ years old, so expect some quirks and issues - occasional water pressure and temp issues, lots of steps, etc.

We booked because it is near the theatre. The breakfast was excellent, a real Welsh breakfast with plenty available. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. We would book again when we come to Llandudno and the Venue Cymru.

We have nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected or better. As it is on the seafront I would book sea view room next time.

It was in a great location, had a sea view, also the room was very clean and tidy and very comfortable, and also the breakfast was lovely, also the owners were very welcoming, and the staff were great too

there was nothing I didn't like, me and my 2 friends had an excellent time and stay at the oasis, would recommend and I would stay again

Friendly, accomodating guest, great breakfast, location.

If I had to pick a flaw it was the shower was a little temperamental being hot and then cold. Other than that no grumbles.

The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage space. Ample supply of tea, coffee etc. Location is very good. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Overall very good.

Noisy family above us but that isn’t the proprietor’s fault. Being a coffee drinker, the decaf coffee could have been better but that is being very picky. Also, maybe an option of fruit with breakfast?

The room was at the rear of the Building on the ground floor (no 15 ) the room i found was Bright and clean and furniture was modern with plenty of draws, TV, hair dryer , wardrobe, chair , and combatable double bed with good size bathroom next door with constant hot water when showering toilet and sink with soap and toiletries provided including shampoo big plus their was no view from the window but opens for fresh air The Breakfast was of V good quality and a choice menu for you to pick from Overall i had a great time staying at this Hotel staff V helpful i will be back again ideal for a short break

Everything really, all the safety was in place because of Covid, wearing of masks, distance and sanitisers. For our meals we sat down and they served us. Explaining they were short staff they had a tick list for extra items you might need in your room. It is our first outing since May 2019 due to cancer and then covid, I suffer with anxiety and I really felt at ease there. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Top star rating x

It is such a good location ! On the beach , in between of everything you might need : beach, restaurants, swimming pool round the corner ( kids loved it), shops, petrol station. Shopping round the corner too! Staff were so friendly! Great breakfast! Served quickly and looked after! Very clean room! Lots of pillows and kids bunk bed was very good fun for them! Lots of cabinets to pit things in ! Good view also ! We cannot be more thankful for the price we got and the welcoming we had xxxx

Excellent location, friendly owner, lovely breakfast, comfy bed, and a superb view.

Furniture in bedroom could do with an update but not really a problem.
