Emma and Simon were really good hosts. They have made their guesthouse a cosy and comfortable place with lots of care taken to make it a special experience for the guests. They attended to our needs really well and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely with amazing views looking out to sea. Our room was really clean and it had most of the facilities we required, along with some personal touches that made it stand out from your typical room. Breakfast was really nice, with lot's of choices to cater for everyone's needs. We highly recommend staying at Pebble House.

Would prefer a fridge to keep our drinks cool and maybe an iron in the room.

Booked on line and got the only available room. This room was fine if my wife and I had only stayed for one night, but it was too small for our needs. We discussed this with Simon, who in all respects was excellent, he told us that two larger rooms were available for the remaining two nights of our stay. We got everything ready after breakfast and Simon relocated us while we were out for the day. The new room was first class. I must also state that the breakfast was as good as anywhere we have stayed.

The budget room we booked was too small for our needs. This was our fault and should not be seen as a negative on the part of Simon and his wife. The matter was sorted at the first opportunity.

Lovely little place for our weekend away in Llandudno, situated at the other end of the pier meant our stay was nice and quiet, but a 20 minute walk along the beach front took us into the hustle and bustle. Simon and Emma were perfect hosts, gave us all information on arrival and had their breakfast sitting running like clockwork, which was great quality and provided plenty of choice. We stayed fro 3 nights and had cleaning service on the second. The room was spotless, spacious and modern. And I must mention the dressing table area, the BEST lighting I've ever had in a hotel, made getting ready morning and evening perfect!

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. I'd definitely return. There was no bar/communal area as such, however an area was available to use if required, however this isn't something we used during our stay.

Big room, large, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Exceptional biscuits. Breakfast was OK.

Need to be told on arrival what payment status was - i.e. all paid? when to pay? who to pay? Pre-departure we waited 25 minutes in the hall, pressing the bell 6 times because the booking.com information told us we had to pay our hosts. Our host finally materialised and told us we had paid and were free to go:- doh.......... Our room was not serviced at all during our 2-day stay. We had to make a special request to get milks, tea bags, biscuits. The toilet was so close to the heated towel rail that it was difficult to sit on it without burning your left leg. The television was a real challenge - to find BBC1 from the "start"position was a 30 minute puzzle. A little bit expensive, being quite a long walk from the town / amenities.

Unassuming and quietly efficient, Simon & Emma are charming hosts. Breakfast was delicious - (the bacon speaks of an excellent butcher). My single room was spotless, the premises comfortable and peaceful and suited my needs over a very busy weekend. I would certainly stay here again.

The September heatwave was oppressive at times. Not much anyone could do about that! But the early morning sea air made sitting out at the front, before breakfast and later evening relaxing and refreshing.

Lovely place to stay, superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was spotless with lovely towels and toiletries. Bed was really comfy and the complimentary tea/coffee tray was really well stocked. Located on promenade, lovely sea views from bedroom. Hosts are very friendly & welcoming. Free parking on promenade directly outside the property. Highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Water pressure in shower a little low but still perfectly managble. Nothing to dislike, would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! Upon entering we were greeted by one of the extremely friendly owners, who happily provided useful information about the surrounding area, including some of their recommended restaurants, taxi services, etc. (these were not referrals mind; this was just the owner being genuinely helpful). The room was lovely, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in on holiday. If you enjoy having a brew you'll be very happily surprised, as I was, to find around 20 packets of milk to be used; something most hotels seem to cheap out on offering 2-3. There was a lovely Espresso machine and a wide variety of coffee flavours; can't comment much on that as I don't drink coffee but what a lovely addition! The room also had a nice big smart TV which you can watch Netlix on, and the internet was very good too. The English breakfast was really nice, the bacon in particular! Something I absolutely loved was their breakfast-to-go option; from as early as 7am you can opt to have a packed breakfast delivered to your room, so if you're going on a day-trip early, for example, you don't have to skip breakfast. Absolutely wonderful. All in all, I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. Will definitely be back in Llandudno and I know where I'll be staying. I can't think of anything I would change, especially for the price we paid.

Loved the huge and very comfortable bed and there was still enough space in the room. Decent size TV. Good little selection of coffees, if that's what you drink. The little extras like biscuits, make up remover flannel, tea towell. Everywhere spotlessly clean, not just our room and smelt lovely when you entered the guest house. The full English breakfast was perfectly cooked. Good sized pot of tea. We could leave our luggage before check in time. The owners Simon and Emma friendly and helpful.

If I have to find something to write here then I'm going to say the pillows. Just the slightest bit thin and uneven. But I'm very fussy over my pillows.

it has been beautifully maintained, excellent curb appeal as well as lovely rooms. it was more than obvious that Emma and Simon love their business with the effort that has been put into this beautiful building. We booked last minute for a 1 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The sea view from the room window was amazing and the property is ideal for reaching all the wonderful restaurants that Llandudno has to offer. Plenty of choices for breakfast and it was very tasty.

As soon as we walked through the doors of Pebble House Simon was there to greet us, he was very helpful and sent us recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area which was really useful during our stay. The room was modern and so clean, and the bed was very comfortable! (We didn’t want to leave!) In the morning we had the option of choosing breakfast to go or to have breakfast downstairs at 9am. We did both of these during our stay and both were so lovely, we couldn’t have asked for any more! We would definitely recommend Pebble House to anyone who would like a comfy and homely stay in Llandudno, and we hope to return again in the future! Thank you so much :)
