The hotel had its own car park. This made life so much easier because Llandudno has so many hotels and so little parking! High standard of cleanliness. Excellent breakfast, cereal, yoghurt, cooked breakfast and toast with plenty of tea. Catered for vegetarians and vegans. Although there wasn't a lounge we were able to sit in the dining room and relax, play games, etc.

Everything was fine. Nothing really to report. There wasn't a lift which wasn't a problem for us. Maybe other guests would have difficulty carrying their bags to the third floor. The owner offered to help with our cases anyway, so all good.

It was a great location on the sea front with amazing views, very clean and good facilities! The owners were very helpful and friendly, genuinely interested in their guests and passionate about ensuring that all their guests feel relaxed and have an enjoyable stay. Easy to request extra tea/coffee/toiletries etc for the room. The bed was comfortable and very nice en-suite facilities. All the information you could need is on the website and it is very easy to order your meals online or in person! The food was excellent as was the service! Meals were always hot and presented beautifully with amazing portion sizes (no likelihood of going hungry!) and vegetarian or vegan options. The desserts were delicious also. Easy parking either at the back or on the front with a permit. We had an amazing and very relaxing stay.

The main drawback is that there is no lift so those on the upper floors have a good number of stairs to climb, however this did keep us fit and help to work off some of the lovely food!! The TV in our room was great but was quite small and difficult to see or read subtitles from the bed, so would have preferred if it was a bigger one.

Incredible service from the moment that we booked. Chris and Steven couldn't do enough for us. They rang as soon as I booked to check that the room details would suit me as I am pregnant and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Excellent parking options. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. Amazed with the quality and location for such a great price.

The bed could do with extra pillows and the shower pressure wasn't very strong, but these were minor and would not put us off visiting again or recommending to others.

Chris and Steven friendly and wonderful hosts. Very helpful in carrying our luggage to the two rooms we booked on the third floor, sea view rooms. Food excellent for breakfast and for evening meals all reasonably priced. Also pleased that we were able to leave our car with easy access at the rear of the building. This allowed us to have 6 enjoyable days visiting places using local transport.

What an amazing stay in what can be described as true diamond of a hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean, Quiet, despite its prominent position on the Promenade, and staffed by people who seem to have been made for the hotel trade. Friendly, welcoming and whose purpose seems wholly focused on ensuring our stay was as good as it could be. A truly delightful find.

That our stay was only 2 nights!

The location was perfect. It was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with our luggage as there was no lift.

It didn’t have a lift but this was made clear to us at the booking stage. The room was smaller than the rest of the rooms. This was again made clear and was reflected in the cost.

Basic accommodation, no frills but everything clean and well presented and host very friendly - good breakfast selection as we are vegetarians

We were on floor 3 and stairs are steep but room and view were very nice so only a minor reflection and did not detract from enjoyable stay

Room was at top of stairs and car park minus 1 so in all 4 stairs but hey exercise is good. Hosts were lovely, professional and informative. Great Welsh breakfast - grease free and with fried bread too!! Towels large and soft.... Great location halfway round the promenade but easy reach of the whole place.

No toilet brush and shower pressure ranged from tsunami to trickle I guess depending on how may persons using the shower. Not ideal........

This is a fantastic hotel. Breakfast was out standing. The bed was very comfy. In fact, one the best, I've slept in an amazing sea view, clean bathroom are lovely showers great and the new owners are really nice 👌 I would definitely stay again

Lovely and clean throughout. Colin was very accomodating and helpful. Lovely breakfast and food allergies accomodated with no fuss. Parking is free at the rear of the property. Located on the seafront and very close to venue cymru and the shopping centre.
