Lovely to be able to choose the day before meant no waiting good choices too. Our room was lovely with panoramic view of the sea front. Close to all amenities including the theatre. All staff and owners made us feel so relaxed like home from home but better as we were waited on. Will be staying again and will be definitely recommending to others.

Very good breakfast plentiful and hot.

Being rushed at breakfast by one member of staff. The younger girls very pleasant and seen to all our needs. Also one of the rooms we booked was very small for king size especially the bathroom.

Very well run hotel, obviously well loved by it's owners and clientele alike. Excellent breakfast, set me up for the day. great location and amazing view from the lounge. Friendly, well run and comfortable.

Late check in 4.00 this was to ensure cleaning however this is late and takes up good proportion of one days booking. Arrived after a long journey in the cold at approximately 3.45 however would not let us enter till appointed 4.00 so stood outside in cold. Appeared most of property had been kept up to refurbished standard however room a little tired in places. Paid for a side sea view, could only see a small section otherwise looking straight at a gable end or small back street from 2 windows in Room 10.

location was just what we wanted. the choice for breakfast was excelant and very tasty

I booked last minute for a one night stay. The Shelbourne exceeded my expectations. I was given a warm and informative welcome on arrival and felt immediately reassured that Covid safety precautions were in place. My room was very well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hospitality tray was generously stocked. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and my dietary requirement was catered for. Instead of cereal I opted for the fruit pot which was beautifully fresh with a good mix of fruits. My cooked choice arrived with a rendition of Happy Birthday and a candle! The dining room was very comfortable with views out to sea and the bar (not used) looked very well stocked. I would recommend this property and will book again should I choose to return to Llandudno.

The shower room was a little tired looking but spotlessly clean. This was not an issue for me - the shower was good with lovely hot water and the bedroom had been decorated with care.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and the fruit pots were a lovely addition. The best part was the location which was just perfect.

Bed was a bit small . Shower was small too . But over all everything was fine . Would have liked more toast and tea with breakfast but didn’t like to ask as staff seemed busy .
