Loved the location! Host was going above and beyond with everything. Can’t believe we was the first ever guest! We got a free upgrade to which we was very thankful for. Whilst searching the area I tried to find the cheapest most modern hotel, for some reason I kept coming back to Hotel No.5! I’m so glad I came back and reserved our room! Perfect modern hotel, beautifully decorated!! Very clean, looks posh inside!! We was basically living in style and I’m so happy with our room that I’m looking into coming back and booking a room again to spend more time in wales! Host made us feel so welcome and loved seeing her 2 little doggies! There was loads of different choices of coffee and tea in our room, loved the view from our window! The breakfast was free, different choices but we really enjoyed the fruit salad then some pasty followed with a full English!! Spoilt for choice, such a beautiful hotel, we can’t wait to book again back in July!! Book here, you won’t regret it - enjoy the view from your room or either spend time in the lounge area and enjoy a cuppa next to a big window with some biscuits (free of course)! We took advantage of our lovely espresso coffee machine in our room! We even had some anti-bacterial gel in our bathroom with shower caps and sanitary bags for the female products! Little goes a long way and I just can’t describe how lovely this hotel is. Thank you to our host once again, we will be back!! Xx

Nothing!! Everything was perfect!

A lovely relatively new hotel only opened recently. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. The host is very welcoming, eager to do anything to make your stay a very good one. Restaurant and bar recommendations, sight seeing ideas. Breakfast was very good, all cooked fresh. Beautifully presented The bedroom was small but cosy and beautifully designed. The sea view is amazing I loved watching the sun set

Nothing much, I would maybe like the option to have breakfast a little later. 9 am was latest and when I’m on holiday I like to wake at 9 am, have a coffee, shower and breakfast about 10-10.30 x

Had the most amazing stay at Llandudno, the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the owner should be so proud of how far she has come over the past week of opening. The owner was so lovely, greeting us as soon as we came through the door and making sure we felt at home, she ran through all the bits before taking us directly to the room, helping us with the bags too. The room was spotless and had lots of amenities, a really good coffee machine and very nice smelling soap and moisturizer in the bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and each morning the food was perfect, sausages picked out by the owner herself and cooked by herself, scrambled eggs were gorgeous and bacon was perfect each time. There was also some cold bits on the side for cereals and yogurt which was perfect to start your breakfast with and a pot of tea or coffee with each meal as well as fresh orange juice. We will definitely be coming back here in the future and will happily pay whatever the price is!

The hotel was beautiful spotless throughout our room had a sea view which was spectacular. Hayley was very warm and welcoming as were her staff .WiFi was great as soon as you got to the front door it activated and also continued to work sitting out on the sun terrace and also on the top floor where we were staying. The buffet breakfast was outstanding quality and really set you up for the day. Sausages and bacon were gorgeous . All in all definitely 5⭐️ quality no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel , thanks Hayley for a really memorable stay .

The room has a very comfy double bed, a clean modern shower, toilet and wash basin with free toiletries supplied. Tea and coffee facility with a selection of teas, coffee and a coffee machine too! Our room had WiFi which worked perfectly with no problems at all. Two comfy chairs to view the fantastic sea view and sunsets over The Great Orme. At breakfast we had a choice of home made fresh fruit salads,cereals and a huge self service full English breakfast is provided if you want. There is free car park at the rear, we traveled by train and an easy fifteen minute flat walk from the station. Across the road is the wide sea front promenade which takes you into town. There are plenty of local restaurants just around the corner we tried them all Greek, Italian, Indian and Chinese or if you prefer local fish and chips, the owner will provide plates if you would like to eat a takeaway at the hotel in the evening. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron is also in your room for you to use.

Fab Modern decor throughout exceptionally clean. Hayley was so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough to help & always checked in to see if we needed anything more for room etc. let’s not forget this amazing Hotel is literally beach front. A short walk from Llandudno Pier and walking distance close to all amenities needed including Restaurants bars. Hayley also gave recommendations on takeaways and set table in dining room to eat in the evening. I need to praise the buffet breakfast served a selection of pastries cereal fruit yoghurt and cooked breakfast the quality of products was of a high standard I would say definitely farm quality meat ⭐️ Also free parking at rear of hotel in their own private carpark.⭐️

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Couldn’t fault anything.

We stayed in the family room on the top floor. Place was spotless clean. Love the Rituals toiletries! Decor was lovely; especially in the lounge/dining area. Breakfast was buffet style but cooked fresh for a time you choose to eat. The owner was a really lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for you. All the staff we saw were really friendly too. Property has free parking outside but also car park spaces round the back (think there were about 6/7 spaces). We had no issue getting a space and left the car there for the duration of our stay. The property is the other end of Llandudno beach further away from the pier and it takes about 15 mins to walk up to the other end. Property doesn’t have a lift and the bedrooms are up flights of stairs so anyone who does have difficulty walking, this may be an issue for you. Really enjoyed staying at Hotel No.5 and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Hayley and team xx

We stayed in a double room with it's own bathroom and it was excellent. The decor was excellent and modern and with a high level of cleanliness. Tea, coffee and water where plentiful and there was even a Nespresso in the room. The room had a sea view which was stunning and a nice walk along the front to the pier. Private parking was available to the rear and also parking spots where available out front. The staff where warm and friendly, incredibly helpful and discreet. The breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice and plenty of it. Overall an excellent stay and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely brilliant stay. We were made to feel totally at ease from the start of our little break away. The owner was so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to please. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially when you have a water loving 11 year old, as it's right on the beach front. Plenty of things to do locally too. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods to suit everyone and hot food topped up all the time. Service was amazing, so friendly too! The room was lovely and clean with great facilities and a really pretty en suite. Plenty of room for us and our daughter to stay and the beds were nice and comfortable (so much so we had to drag our daughter out of bed!) We would definitely recommend and will certainly be booking again if we visit the area in the future. Fantastic!

Host was friendly. Breakfast was really lovely. Loved the cafetiere of coffee and choice of hot and cold food. Lots of choice. Lovely decor downstairs where we ate . The shower in the room was good and the bed and pillows were comfy. Biscuits in room along with 2 pods for coffee machine and other items for drinks was nice.

No lift.. Few floors up with heavy bags wasn't great. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine in the room never used a nespresso couldn't even open it had to watch a video on Google. . Room was dusty the window ledge full of dust as was the coffee machine and kettle. Small bits of wrappers also down side of bed like hadn't been hoovered properly. I felt the room was very small for the price. Tap wouldn't stay up in sink kept falling down and cutting the water off.
