The bed, location, in room facilities etc were superb. Can't ask for more, in that regard.

The man on the front desk was defensive, incredibly unwilling to help and solve an issue with check in that could've been easily resolved - he waved his hands around and spoke to myself and my wife like we were stupid and was insulting. When I asked if we could discuss the issue with the manager he slammed a piece of paper down with a generic email address on it and email. Whenever I tried to ask a question he just shouted "Email!" Appalling customer service that threatened to ruin the mood of our stay.

The hotel was much better than expected. Situated just a couple of hundred meters away from the Paddington metro/train station, the location of this accomodation could not be better. It is also very close to Hyde park if you want a quick stroll. The room was nicely furnished, maybe a bit on the smaller side for 2 persons, but looking at the floor plans posted on our room door, it seemed like we had the smallest room on our floor (so maybe the other rooms are better regarding the size). The hotel staff was extremely nice, helped us with every question/problem we had and even allowed us to store our luggage on our last day free of charge after we already checked out. The kitchen with all the necessary equipment was also a nice touch. And they gave us two capsules per day for the coffee machine free of charge! All in all a great experience.

Location was amazing, central to several tube stations and an easy walk to anywhere. We booked the apartment with the kitchenette, and it was perfect - my only suggestion would be to please supply a dish cloth and a cloth to wipe surfaces etc. Wonderful location, and compact but perfect for a short stay in central London.

We had at the apartment with the kitchenette - please could you supply a dish cloth and a little cloth and to wash dishes and wipe the counters. The towels don't dry in the bathrooms, please could you replace them daily.

Great location, across the street from Kensington Gardens, and walking distance from both Paddington and Queensway tube lines, making it very convenient, with convenience stores and food spots nearby. The room was very clean (and so was the bathroom), with an iron, a good selection of pillows, a coffee pod machine, etc. The WiFi worked well. Overall, a very good experience.

- I completely missed that the reception was only available until 9pm, and almost missed it. I only saw it for the first time when I got a notification the day before arrival. There is a high fee if you forget your key past the reception time. Not very convenient. - No bedside light, only big and blinding light in the room, with the switch by the door, not by the bed. - No adapter available to rent. - It was quiet at night, but in the morning you could hear every noise from the corridor, cleaning people and guests leaving their rooms - People at the receptions weren't very welcoming - Additional fee for the coffee at the reception (while it wasn't even quality coffee)

First of all, the location was amazing! We felt safe all the time. It was a very quite road with all amenities nearby! We arrived very late so we were not able to check in at the property however they offered us checking in at their sister hotel 5 walking minutes away from the actual guest house. The room was very clean and big enough for me and my mum.

The only thing we didn't like so much at first was the issue with the check in times. We knew we would arrive after 9pm so we emailed the property before our travels. This seemed to be an issue at first but it was solved in no time, they offered us to check in at their sister hotel nearby! Other than that, everything was great! One thing I would add if this would be my property, I would add a table lamp to the interior (my mum likes to stay up later and read so this proofed difficult when I wanted to sleep) but this is only one small addition if we wanna be very picky 😊

I'm a bit wary of shouting about this place because I don't want it to get too busy or more expensive...it was great and definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was well appointed, with everything you might need - it was like a mini-Airbnb. The bed was comfortable, the heating worked and the shower had decent pressure. The towels were soft & fluffy, there were toiletries and a coffee machine with biscuits too!

The shower cubicle is quite small so could feel a bit cramped for larger people. Bedside lamps, hand towels and extra bedding for the cooler nights would be "nice to have"s.

Great location. Roughly 10 minutes walking distance from Paddington Station which has access to all the other major tube lines. Quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Room was small, but has everything you could need for a stay (comfy bed, desk and chair, shower, and air conditioning). Was allowed to drop my luggage off before checking in which was nice bonus.

Shower door wouldn't close all the way. Not a big deal, but it meant I had to stay close to one corner to avoid water splashing on the exterior wall and floor. Noticed some stains on the sheets. Air conditioning would randomly make very loud noises.

The room was simple but nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and instant coffee obviously as a standard, but the Nespresso machine in the room was a very nice touch. Big TV with all the platforms available was also cool. There were a lot of cleaning stuff, very polite ladies.

I asked for the room at the top floor, and they messaged me that they got my request, but nobody informed me that it is not possible and I will get a room on the GF, until we've got to the hotel, which was very disappointing. When I asked why GF not the top floor as requested, the guy said without bothering to say "sorry" that "it is what it is cos, they are fully booked", so they must have known this a day before when I made a reservation. It is a cheating in the way... because if I had known that I would chose another hotel. The guy at the front desk not nice at all, a bit a stuck up type. The cleaning stuff, I couldn't shake off the feeling, that they looked, as they were scared... Oh, and google map shows the location of this hotel somewhere else, so it is problematic to get there.

We stayed here for one night, the reception staff we're lovely and very helpful. Reception/waiting area is very comfortable I loved the quirky decor, tea/coffee available from the machine also. Place is immaculately clean we stayed in the basement suit which is quite spacious. It has a spa bath and separate shower. Kitchenette has everything you need to cook with if needed.

The bed is only a double so if you are 6ft and not on the skinny side it could get uncomfortable with two sharing it. Kitchenette has no washing up facilities i.e dish cloth washing up liquid or tea towel.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean. The shower in particular was large with great pressure. Bed was really comfortable for me. Good tv in the room, great size and you can stream netflix etc on it. WiFi service had a decent speed, approx 45mbs. The storage space was good, 1 cupboard and 2 large deep drawers. There is also a safe situated in the cupboard. The area was perfect for us, really close to Hyde Park and tube stations were only a short walk away. The area felt safe and upmarket. Great pubs round the corner. There is also a small greek restaurant round the corner, the food was absolutely delicious and always busy. Try book to guarantee a table. We didnt but luckily we were quite early for dinner so they managed to fit us in. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go.

Our room had a kitchenette, however no sponge, washing liquid or dish towel. In hindsight we should have got our own but at the time we didn't think about it. Maybe if not too much trouble for the hotel it would be an idea to supple guest with it as I felt terrible the domestic staff had to wash our dishes. Also be careful when walking around the bed. Beds are very comfortable however the frame of the bed is chunky, solid wood. We hit our shins a few times on it.
