Excellent location for tube station (Queensway) Very close to a good selection of various bars & restaurants. Less than 2 min walk to Kensington Gardens - beautiful large park, great for a good long walk, lovely gardens. Very nice cafe at the boating pond. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Contacted reception re some very noisy guests in adjoining room, this was dealt with immediately by the staff- thank you

The breakfast was a little cold, possibly sitting out too long.

The location of the hotel was perfect for spending the day in London, the hotel was visually stunning inside and was extremely clean , both me and my girlfriend found the staff at the hotel extremely helpful and positively receptive of feedback upon departure.

There could have been more attention paid to the small details , for example the windows were extremely dirty on the exterior and could do with a clean , along with the top of the tap in the bathroom being covered in calcair that could have been cleaned off by housekeeping staff prior to out arrival. That being said these issues were only minor and were raised with the hotel front of house staff when asked if there was "any areas they could improve on". Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely come again.

Location was good, oxford circus about 30 mins walk or tube station are close by. * The hotel room is equipped with everything you need like in a 4 star hotel except for mini bar/fridge which was not a problem for us. * Decent breakfast. English breakfast and some nice pastries and toast available with some cheese and salami. * Hotel is clean. * Quick and easy check in and check out. * Staff are all very pleasant so making our stay pleasant. * Small lovely Hotel with good value for money.

Rooms bit dated, Voile curtain only with roller blind with a gap on the side . Pillows, mattress, duvet are not the best but having said that , we slept well.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and supportive and the breakfast was not bad at all.

It is a typical big city hotel so everything was very very small and tight - the lobby and the corridors I was lucky to get a room on the top floor but my other colleagues that stayed in the hotel the same time got really small rooms and one even got a room underground with a window view on a wall full of ACs Also, you could hear all of the neighbors’ conversations through the walls, very bad noise isolation.

The staff is kind and do everything to make you comfortable. There are facilities in the room and it’s clean and organized. The location is good and easy to go to the sightseeing in London.

The housekeepers are a little noisy, specially between 7/8 a.m. They could work more quietly. Another bad thing is that I asked them to storage my luggage after the check out and when I arrived to pick up my stuffs, they were in the middle of the restaurant, accessible to everyone. There isn’t a person in the desk table all the time and the building is accessible to everybody. Even if there was somebody all the time, it could be easily removed by anyone in a distraction moment. I didn’t liked it. They don’t storage the luggage in a safe place!!!

I travelled with my mother and she was on a wheel chair and even thought the hotel had a step upfront but the staff were very friendly and helpful and they helped me out during my whole stay, and i specifically would like to thank sam , our morning wouldn’t have been the same without your smile and good nature during the breakfast , Christina for helping me out with my mother and her niceness during doing this , the reception team for always being nice and helpful

not wheel chair accessible due to spaces , however what they lacked in facilities they certainly compensated this gap with the staff friendliness and kindness

For London for room was a decent size and fully equipped with everything you would need for a business or tourist trip. The hotel location is central and very convenient, one reason I chose the hotel, I used to live in the area. There are plenty of shops, super markets and restaurants within a few minuets walk. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and surprised me... The staff were very professional, the place was clean, the reception is always manned which means a good level of safety and security...

The internet was a bit slow for video calls, I was there for business, such things would not effect tourists I imagine...

location was great, room spacious and light, great window treatment so able to sleep in.

The bed is awful, no converter so twin bed that splits in the middel, no topper or some form of sponge topper to keep the springs from pushing into your back. The duvet inner was for a super king, zipper in the middel of the duvet, however the cover is for a small king. So it was to small for the bed. need to get the proper covers. the pillows are old and spongy, they offer very little support. We found ourselves sleeping on our arms.

The staff was great with our requests and very polite at all times. Clean, nice hotel. Very good location and surroundings.

Our first room (for the first night) was in the basement (which did not correspond at what we booked). Although a nice room (even though not having any windows), didn’t get much sleep once every time the tube passed, it was felt (some noise and slight vibration). For the second night, we requested a change of room, and we were placed in a nicer room on the second floor, turning the street. Better but some noise from the street (specially from motorbikes..) a much better night, though. Believe it would be a better experience if in a room on a higher floor turning to the backyard. Anyway, would recommend and most certainly will come back.

The peace, tranquility and comfort of the hotel room and facilities was exceptional. In such a busy city as London - in a very busy location close to Hyde Park - finding this sort of comfort was blissful, especially being on our feet all day for a festival.

The only tiny issue which didn't affect us at all was at breakfast - the little pot of apricot jam when I opened it had the tiniest beginnings of mould growing on the surface (probably due to the seal which may have been a little lifted and allowed air inside).
