Great location, clean, good WIFI

The mattress is extremely soft/worn out - I got a sore back from it but I guess that's a matter of preference. There is no hair dryer although the room description says so. But that's ok because the shower's water pressure is so bad that washing your hair is impossible anyway.

Although the room was small (size as description), it was very clean and comfortable. Clean good shower, bed clean and comfy, good quality TV, fan if needed, loads of plug sockets & usb, clean towels each day, kettle facilities. Reception staff pleasant & loads of info available. Breakfast (£6.50) basic but adequate. Close to Hyde Park and pub next door very nice. (Didn’t hear much noise from it). Close to tube. Good value for the money.

Corridor on 3rd floor very dark. Door closures make some doors a bit noisy. If you was staying longer than a couple of nights, there’s not much room for you clothes if you like to unpack.

The area around the hotel is very nice, there are tube stations nearby with a bit over 7min walking distance. You have the option to leave your luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast has a good price. Bed is comfortable. The locker inside the room can hold a carry-on and a backpack, there's space for your things even if the room is fully occupied. The bathroom was very clean.

Humans. It was the first for me sharing a room and of course you find people who are very unconsidered of others, talking on the phone at 1am or check-in at midnight using a blow-dryer after the shower. Sleep was very difficult specially if you have light sleep. The room was very hot so they open the window and all the noise comes from the outside but nothing worse that having people in your room who don't respect the rest of the others.

The facilities were fairly basic but clean, pleasant, and modern. We had a private room with ensuite. The room was a good size with a smart tv, and it was nice to have a view out the window that wasn't just a brick wall. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. It was pretty much opposite Kensington Gardens, and a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, and tube station, so was in a convenient location too. It was really nice for the 1 night stay we had.

It was quite loud outside late at night as the hostel is next to a pub and opposite a couple of bars. There was nothing we could do about this noise, but luckily didn't last too long.

We traveled together with a friend, this was my second time in London. Excellent place, optimal location (train station, metro, shops and some cafes nearby); accomodating stuff (we had a late check-in around 1:00 am) amd answered in Booking quickly. Beds were quite comfortable, mattress of medium density (not too soft, not too hard), clean linens, ventilator in the room (there happened to be quite a heatwave for London). As we were mostly out sightseeing and returned usually quite late, me and my friend were absolutely satisfied with out stay. Early check-out was also fine because of the same reason.

There were some loud guests in the next room, even after midnight, and nobody from administration seemed to care. However, as I used the earplugs that was a minor inconvenience.

Curtains over bunks for privacy, comfort and easy feeling. Very clean bathroom/shower, good pressure. I like cleanliness and this place was found very clean. Pricing and location was good for me.

One plug usb-a and one pocket holder for phone. Top bunk, nowhere to put some aux things like water or juice bottled if needed when night. Bathroom/toilet room perhaps needs a more ply toilet rolls so it can be more consistent when using it. Inability to confirm from staff the availability of either top or bottom bunk after booking.

Hostel staff were attentive and responsive. Facility was placed just a few minutes away from Hyde Park, making it an excellent location for reaching public transport and restaurants, especially Paddington Station. Ensuite showers were kept very clean and offered a bit of needed privacy. There was also access to a lift and rather large kitchen for cooking and hotdesking. Can't complain!

Can't really think of anything. The area was great, secure, and convenient for staying in London. Prices were affordable as well.

I was really surprised how nice and clean this hostel in London was (it is something you shouldn't take for granted here in the UK:). Thanks to the kind receptionist, I was placed into a 6-bed--female-dorm on the first floor and so had an easy access to both outside and a kitchen located downstairs. The room itself was not very spacious, but clean enough, with big bunk beds with curtains and electric outlets for charging mobiles. There was also a private bathroom with a bath that I found clean and nice. The kitchen in the basement was well equipped although quite busy during the mornings and evenings. However, you could kill some time by going for a little walk into nearby Hyde park, haha.

Though the hotel has a quite-hours-policy at night, there was a lot of noise from the next room from a group of young sportsmen who spent the night there as well. Plus at times you could hear a creaking noise of the beds when someone close to you turned from one side to another. That being sad, this would be the only setback of this place, I guess. Overall, I really liked my stay in the hostel and will certainly consider it again when booking my next stay in London now I know how comfortable I felt in this place.

Maybe i was just lucky this time but this was the quietest Smart I've stayed in. The girls left in the day time so I had the bathroom to myself and they turned the light out and didn't slam doors and talk at night - bliss. I asked for the bottom bunk which I was given. The bathroom was spacious and the bed has a privacy curtain and a good size drawer. The bed is comfy considering it's a thin mattress on a board and you know what you are getting with a Smart. There are nearby buses to the west end.

I would like two charging points and maybe a light on the bed. The window didn't open so the fan had to be on constantly. The first night was so hot I didn't want the duvet or the curtain. A girl was in my allocated bed when I arrived which caused me stress, no fault of the hostel. My booking was a little expensive for a hostel but bst summer time is on and it is pretty close to hyde park.

Great location, walking distance to various underground stations and bus stop was very near. Room was clean and comfy, bathroom could do with some TLC, although it was clean and provided all that was necessary. good size room, nice area, very good and clean communal area with pub, and shop on doorstep and it's own bar downstairs. Breakfasts was simple, but worth the price for the location. Price was also very reasonable for the dates and location. I would definitely consider to stay here again.
