Clean, modern and spacious room. Excellent location. Good value for money. Most amazing lady on reception who is an absolute credit to the hotel!

Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are several flights of steep stairs with not lift. Breakfast is a simple European style continental breakfast (egg, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal) which is nice but may not be to everyone’s taste.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was nice, but no cooked breakfast option.

Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift and the stairs were narrow towards the top. Luckily we were only staying one night but it would have been difficult with more luggage.

Great location close to several underground stations, location is quiet at night and feels safe, the value for money compared to other hotels in London is great

The bathroom smelled a bit strange, almost like there may be mold somewhere, though mold was nowhere to be seen. I am usually quite sensitive to mold bc of allergies, but I had no issues. However the smell is worth looking into. It would also be a nice addition to get some help with carrying my suitcase up the stairs, as there are many steps and no elevator. At least a clear warning of the many steps before booking would be nice.

Very quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, cleanliness was spot on We had an electric kettle, coffee (regular and decaff), English tea bags, sugar and saccharin. We booked a triple room with double bed and a twin bed , but they kindly responded to our request to have 3 twin beds. The room was not big, the bathroom neither, but the beds were comfy, and that was enough after a long day of walking. Would definitely recommend; good value for the money.

We had some nasty flies on the first night only.

Nice and cozy hotel on a beautiful street close to everything. We asked for a quiet room and we had it. The window was facing the inner yard (nothing to look at, but you can’t hear the noise from the street). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There were a TV-set, a safe, a kettle with tea/coffee, a hair dryer inside. You could also use the ironing supplies downstairs next door to the breakfast room. The breakfasts were fine, if you are not too pretentious and just want to have some meal to start the day. The temperature inside our room was quite comfortable despite the absence of an air conditioner (it was +27 outside). We liked our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The tariff was very reasonable considering that the hotel is located near Hyde Park in a very upmarket area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our Room #6 was of good size and had good storage space.

The bathroom door could have had a handle on the bedroom side. It was awkward to close that door. An updated London Underground map in a common area would have been very helpful.

The lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived. The room was small, but had everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The location was fantastic. Lovely area and ideal for Paddington Station.

We stayed at the top of the house, some 70+ steps to get to our room. There was no lift, and we found it a struggle carrying our cases up all the stairs. Breakfast could be better. Very minimal with only boiled eggs. Not much choice at all.

You get what you pay for, the hotel is clean and modern enough. Staff are 10/10, can't do anything more for you and so helpful/friendly. Location amazing, 10 minutes from Paddington tube station and the area is lovely/beautiful. Would stay here again

Mattresses could have been comfier and more choice at breakfast time but for your money, it's a decent hotel. The rooms aren't massive but were perfect for what we needed

The location is very good. Hyde Park is like 5 minutes from hotel. Also many restaurants nearby. There is one street, maybe 4minutes from the hotel, there is so many different places to eat. We had also small kettle and some English tea and coffe, sugar and milk in our room. Also big plus, we were able to borrow EU AC in reception, but in rooms are also USB ports with every socket, so there were no problem.

We had a room for 3. But the bathroom was really small. After opening the door you have to step to the toilet, to be able to close the door. Also sink was pretty small because of this problem. And another thing. Our view from the hotel room was quite unpleasant. It was probably typical British, but there were so many pigeons (and everything with them), they were heard all the night. But it's nothing big. Room was clean, everything was great.

It's right at hydepark and you have all you need near your hotel. The bus station is a 4 minute walk away, that's really cool. The people at the hotel were really nice and friendly and they tried to help us to get fresh air in the room. But it's barely possible.

It was unbelievable hot in the room - we knew, they had no air conditioning and that's okay. We had a fan, but the warm air can't go outside. We had a room next to the reception and couldn't open the window as wide as it were needed for fresh air.
