very clean and great location

the bedding was not adequate. only one pillow each and a thin duvet. it was very cold in the hotel room and not warm enough at night. no extra bedding in the cupboards either.

Wish they had coffee/tea in, few details like, box of tissues would be fab but, that’s just a little things, overall great place and lady called Eleanor is the most helpful reception lady I’ve met! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The friendly staff

The fact that they joined two single beds together and when you’re in bed, it keeps moving. Also the TV was in German and it wasn’t a smart tv so you have no access to Netflix or Amazon prime. One would have thought that for the amount and location, a smart tv shouldn’t be an issue. They need to seriously look into that. Apart from the smart tv and the bed, everything else was perfect

it was very clean and tidy and I really liked the decor.it was handy having a shop at reception that stocked all basics you would need, coffee machine included.

though we booked for 2 adults and a child, when we arrived there was only one bed made which had 3 quilts & 3 pillowcases. the bed was 2 singles joined together so we slept with our child in between us. On asking I’m the morning they said the sofa bed was the child’s bed. which is good to know for next time. Only raising it here so parents can be mindful that if travelling with a child the child will have to sleep on the sofa bed. it may be handy to have this information when the booking is complete. No big deal at all and we really like the property and we’re happy with everything else so will come back again. PS- staff are wonderful!!

Hapimag is a fantastic property in a great location which provided us with a clean, comfortable and super spacious base for our time in London. Check in was easy, reception was super helpful and the value was incredible compared to other London hotels (who provide less than half of the space too!). Hapimag felt like a real find and had the finish of a 5 star hotel, we were so impressed.

The location to Hyde Park was excellent. The property was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped.

The tiles in the bathroom had lifted due to poor installation and an attempt to make them safe with duct tape was made. Being in the bathroom industry myself, I know how dangerous this can be and so was very disappointed that the apartment was allowed to be booked to us in this state.

My understanding from the description on booking.com was that the Standard apartment was 2 rooms. I was travelling with a family member and we ideally required separate rooms to sleep in. The apartment we were given has a loft bed and a sofa bed, but both were in the same room and so we had difficulty sleeping at night. This was a pity as the apartment was lovely.

Fabulous clean, new room! Apartment with a large bed room, living room and complete kitchen. We liked the design of the apartment very much. The staff of the reception was very helpful and really did their best to answer all our questions. We arrived early and could store our suitcases in a well organized luggage room. We could also use the luggage room at the departure day. This way we could enjoy London much more and longer. Furthermore, we liked the quiet location. At the same time we could travel to all the main touristic locations very well, due to a nearby tube station.

The room, hotel and staff were fabulous. Perhaps the availability of tea and coffee in the room would be great, although the tea and coffee machines were available in the room.

Brand new, clean and spotless, modern and very efficient decor, we stayed in the 2-bedroom superior apartment, which had 2 rooms with 2 single beds each and 2 separate bathrooms with walk in shower in each. this apartment can take 4 adults comfortably and maybe 1 or 2 people if using the sofa bed in the living room, which we didn’t use. the apartment opened in May 2021 and hence is new in all aspects. kitchen is fully equipped. bathrooms have hand soap, shower gel/shampoo and towels. air conditioning as well as heaters are available throughout the apartment and they both work (our stay is in the winter). there is a laundry room in the building which has a washing machine and a separate dryer, the washing machine works with a coin worth £2 purchased from the reception which comes with a washing capsule, there is also an iron and ironing board in the laundry room as well as clothes airers. the reception staff are very attentive, polite and efficient. there is no daily housekeeping but cleaning can be requested in advance and it costs £45. location is within 1-3 minutes walk to either bus stops or tube. best apartment we stayed in in London ever.

Absolutely stunning apartment in the most fabulous building. On check in we were greeted by the most fabulous receptionist so kind and welcoming early check in was also great .
