Loved the central location, so affordable, very clean and staff very friendly. Was handy to be able to drop off our bags as we had an early flight. I would recommend this place as a base while you explore the sites of London.

The room was lovely and had a great little cooking unit. Unfortunately we struggled with the bed as the mattress was so hard. The room could do with a small table and chairs to eat from. A foldable table you stick to the wall be ideal.

lovely little property, clean and the staff were very friendly. it is an excellent location for cafes, shops, walks through Hyde park & Kensington gardens and the tube.

the bed was very uncomfortable, would have been fine for a night or 2 but our stay was 5 nights and it has given both me and my partner a bad back.

Excellent location. Underground, bus stop nearby. Big park nearby. Shops restaurant also in the vicinity. Quiet rooms. Very helpful staff.

The room was a bit small for a family with a kitchen .

This is a value for money property one or so streets back from Bayswater & Queensway underground, so you have the central, district and circle line at your doorstep and Hyde Park. The bonus is that it has a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, micro wave and cooking utensils and Air Conditioning in a budget Hotel. The rooms are small but, nice bathroom, big TV and the space is functional. We love to cook as London is now frightfully expensive so the option of being able to cook is just great. There is a M&S Food nearby in Notting Hill, but the Queensway has all the supermarkets. Great staff and nice and clean and quiet. They also publish a quiet time for sleeping at night. Thanks Geoff & Simone, Australia.

For the price and value I have nothing to critique.

I stayed in this hotel many times in the past few years , and it was called : MStay 39 I like the location and mini kitchenette inside the rooms . It,s clean and good price for a London hotel . Staff are friendly , and reply immediately to emails . I will always stay in that hotel

They don,t have a reception where you can sit and wait for your taxi on the departure date , so , I had to go very early to Heathrow Airport The beds and pillows are not very comfortable They had slippers , and better quality toiletries when it was : MSTAY 39 hotels . Now it,s : Nox Hotels , so no more slippers , no more complimentary water like it used to be with MStay 39, and the quality of toiletries is of a lower quality and standard

It was within short distance of Queen’s Park railway station and Hyde park. The town centre was only a 45 minute walk away which I thought wasn’t too bad. Japan centre is about an hours walk but we got the underground train and was there within half an hour. stayed here for my birthday. Found a real Gem food wise called Eat Tokyo…only a 10 minute walk from the restaurant if Japanese food is your go to I really recommend this place! facilities were good value for money, the room was a decent size, clean and we hardly heard any traffic/noise outside. I especially liked the overhead shower! Having the kitchenette was great it meant we didn’t have to constantly go out for food everyday (stayed for 2 nights) You have a kettle, toaster, some pots, pans utensils, microwave and what topped it off for me was the espresso machine! 😍

Maybe could state how to use the hobs as we had to ask the receptionist on our second day of staying. note…before you turn the hobs on put your pans on there it has to recognise them first as if you take them off it instantly turns them off…maybe this is a safety feature?

Good location for Hyde park. Air con and the fridge was a life saver in the humidity. Receptionist was very friendly.

Attention to detail was missing. Shower was mouldy, curtains were dirty, doors on kitchenette were so tough to open as scrapped on the ground. Needed some decoration TLC. Cleaners knocked on door and said they needed to clean our room at that time as they are busy so we just declined as we were still getting ready to go out. They left dirty linen on the landing and also in the lift along with the hoover so we had to squeeze in with our bags when going to check out.

Very modern looking room with everything that you could possibly need for a visit to London. The room is not that big, but everything is planned very conveniently. The beds are comfy, shower is modern and there is a little functioning kichen with key items that you may need. It’s also located on a not that busy street so overall relatively peaceful.

The windows are old and are not very humidity or sound proof. But that seems to be a common trend in London for similar hotels. As the area is relatively peaceful and the room temperature was very optimal, it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Location was good for Queensway tube station and Hyde park for concert. Room was clean but a little on the small side, but ideal for one night for 3 of us any longer would of been a problem. Staff were lovely and helpful and let us check in earlier and we were able to leave luggage in storage room after checking out also it had a lift ideal for suitcases. The room had a fridge and sink hidden behind a door which also had a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric Hob, cutlery, plates , teabags coffee machine, and biscuits. Good sized TV on the wall.

The toiletries were pretty standard and not a lot of shelf space

Great location but quiet, opposite Kensington Gardens, near to Portebello Market, 5 minute walk to Queensway Underground station which is on the Central line. The triple studio (Room 402) is compact but manageable if you're just needing to sleep and be out all day. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and shower big, plenty hot water and good water pressure. We didn't get the room serviced during our three night stay. Good size bar fridge. Plenty of TV channels if that's what you like to do. We didn't use the kitchen other than to boil the kettle and wash cups. Milk, sugar, tea and coffee supplied, a large bottle of Water in the fridge would be great, especially if you're arriving late.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Although we didn't cook in the room, I did notice that there was only one frying pan, no pots so impossible to make a meal. The glass shelf in the bathroom was loose so slanted downwards hence we couldn't put anything on it (I did mention it on leaving to reception who said they would ask maintenance to fix it). It's really not nice to have rubbish bags piled outside the entrance all the time (there's got to be a better system).
