Great location. Nice room. 24hr desk and luggage storage. Allowed early luggage drop off, and then Room was ready so allowed early check in. Very helpful staff

The booking was very reasonably priced. I guess I wasn't expecting much for that level of money but was pleasantly surprised! The room was pretty basic but that was as expected. The bed was very comfy, the fridge was ice cold and the shower had good pressure. What is of note was the cleanliness - I found the room to be absolutely spotless! I saw the cleaners when I was checking out the following morning and thanked and complimented them for there hard work!

This hotel is in a perfect location to get easily to anything in Central London and beyond. It's a safe area with plenty of restaurant choices close by and a Tesco and Sainsbury for additional meals and snacks. Our room was SUPER clean. I was traveling with 2 children and that is essential for me. There was a small kitchenette which was great for breakfast before a busy day. The staff are very polite and friendly which again is a must for me. I would defiantly stay here again when I'm back in London. This is a great place to stay if your on a budget but wanting something that is great value with cleanliness. :)

I don't think I would be as strong and say I didn't like it as the hotel was a VERY positive experience for me and my family. There is a beautiful original staircase that spirals up to the top floor but no lift.

Location can't be beat. Very close to two underground stations. Price was very good for the location. Room was clean, fixtures were new.

These things aren't really negatives because they didn't affect our stay, but you should be aware of them. -We had a room with three beds. There is not a lot of space left for walking around- for us it was ok because we were gone 13-16 hours every day seeing things. But don't expect to entertain friends in your room. -no elevator. Once again, we were fine with it.

Price was fantastic. Clean room. Size of room (single in this case) for the cost paid was very good. Comfortable room and bed. Room had a good radiator (as well as fan if needed). Shower was nice and powerful. Location was superb including 2 underground stations close by for main routes. Fast internet available. Friendly staff and they accommodated my early arrival before official check in - I had given prior notice however but was still accommodated.

Nothing to report. For the price the room was great. A small suggestion would be to have a small mirror above the sink. I had a corner sink and it had no mirror. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the local attractions. The food in the near by restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. Overall, our stay was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Victorian style building definitely part of London’s history. These buildings are iconic and brilliant to experience in your lifetime. room was comfortable with a good view. room has all the facilities which someone would need. The property is right opposite Hyde park and Queensway tube station which wad the best bit.

Our flight for london has been cancelled because of a storm. the reservation was not refundable. I appreciated that the the owner proposed to make another reservation later at half price. thank you very much.
