Location was great, was one street away from gas station Waitrose and tube line. Rooms were very clean and had a mini fridge which was really useful. Complimentary tea and creamers were also appreciated.

The plugs in the room was placed weirdly and we had to unplug either the kettle or the lamp to use them. Breakfast wasn't too amazing but enough to have a bite before heading out for the day.

Breakfast is pretty basic. Bread is below standard. Eggs, butter, cheese, coffee, juice okay. No fresh fruit salad, no charcuterie

Fantastic location - Central line 5 mins walk, Circle line 8 mins walk - giving you full and easy access to central London. Plenty of excellent restaurants just past Bayswater station (recommend Grilandia - Lebanese grill), and Hyde Park just across the street (recommend a walk to the Italian Gardens). Friendly staff and easy check-in. I've seen reviews that complain about the breakfast, but I thought it was very reasonable. Better than a continental, with good coffee, fresh boiled eggs, toast and cheese slices available. Then who wants to eat congealed beans that have been in a heated tray for an hour? The room was clean, no air-con but a fan attached to the main light which was definitely needed at 32 dec C outside. Bathroom was adequate and clean, the towels are worth mentioning for their excellent quality, the toiletries were nice and fragrant. You can leave bags after check-out. Excellent value for money.

The bed was pretty soft and we could feel the springs inside, but no drama. With the heat, we kept the bedroom window open at night and Bayswater road can get a bit noisy - it seems to be the favoured route for ambulances. The hotel itself was very quiet.

It’s hard to add to the good things said about this hotel in the other reviews so basically it’s “what they said—.” One thing to add, however, is that this property is air conditioned and the hotel descriptions don’t seem to mention that important point considering that we were there in the midst of a heat wave. Good place to stay!

The room was large, comfortable and quiet, bigger than expected. The beds were comfy too, slept well. We used this as our base to visit London. With the tube station within 200m and several bus lines, access to different parts of London was made easy. Hyde park was just 100m away. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a petrol station that sold snacks etc.

The breakfast was ok, could have been better with more choice. If we come back to London we would consider this hotel again without hesitation.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location near Hyde park and Queensway and Bayswater tube stations.

There was a minor "glitch" with the wiring of the main room light and the ceiling fan for which the two could not be turned on independently from each other, It might have been setup intentionally to avoid people forgetting them on, still it was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel is located in very convenient area to get everywhere. Two metro stations and bus stop makes it easy to get anywhere. Breakfast is simply, contains of boiled eggs, yoghurt, bread and croissants. There is no slippers and robe in room, so if you need bring yourselves. No water provided in the rooms, you can buy on reception.

There are not enough hangers in bathroom, only one for three people living in one room. Smell of an old present, but with open windows, it doesn’t seems to be a problem.

Friendly staff, working elevator. Hotel is in a nice area. 2 minutes walking to Hyde Park. 5 min to supermarket and restaurant area. Two different tube line nearby. You could eat breakfast for free in basement and they offer still food even when you arrive shortly before closure. You can store your luggage in a locked room for free. Bathroom was clean.

The carpet need to be replaced! It is very much damaged and it is well past its life expectation. The breakfast options are fairly simple. The safe in the room did not work.

Good sized room, fridge in the room and two fans. Good TV and tea/ coffee facilities. Bathroom a good size too. All staff very polite and professional. Building also had a lift (you don't get them often in smaller London hotels) bed was very comfy and very strong WiFi. Location really close to the tube and plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and satisfactory
