Room and bathroom was clean. Fridge in the rooms to add your own drinks. There was shower gel in the bathroom. Inside it was quiet and not much noise from the road. They did provide towels. Close to Bayswater Station which District and Circle line. Queensway station which is Central line. Both stations are less than 5 minute walk. Loads of shops and places to eat on Queensway which is road in parallel to the one you are staying.

We went when it was 25 degrees. There is no air conditioning. Would be ok during mild weather. There is no lift if staying on higher floors. Paid deposit by card. Took a month to return. Not sure if this was fault of the property or the bank. I would recommend you pay the deposit by cash and then collect on check out.

Spacious room for 3 adults and a baby. I like that we can cook our food. The location is close to 2 Tube stations and numerous restaurants and shops. There is 24hr reception service. The staff are approachable and pleasant. The apartment is clean and no unpleasant smell. We all slept comfortably. There is smart tv, fans, flat iron, cooking ware and utensils.

2 things I didn't like: 1. Major: There was no lift in the building. This was a surprise for me but its partially my fault coz I didn't check if there was a lift in the first place, before booking. 2. Minor: When you are in the shower, the sensor cannot detect your movement and the light goes off so quickly. Its a hassle having to wave your hand out of the shower area multiple times. And it goes really dark when its off. I would have given it a 10/10 score. But above all, I am still satisfied with our stay.

It has an excellent location near Kensington park, Kensington castle, and Hyde park. There are many restaurants, shops in the area, and 2-5 minutes walk from two underground stations on Central, circle and district lines. The room was spacious, all 3 beds visually isolated from each other, one bed is located in separate cubicle with a door and walls, but the walls are not completely up to the ceiling (about 1 ft gap). The room was clean and comfortable. The personnel was polite and helpful.

We lived on the lower floor. There was some noise at night apparently coming from the underground trains. Also the bottom of the shower base was damaged, the shower however was functional.

MSK is in a great central location 5 mins walk from Bayswater station. The hotel was fresh and clean. There was a small kitchenette suitable for cooking small meals like pasta or porridge.

If you are unable to carry your bags then I advise contacting the hotel directly before committing to your booking and seeing if they can give you a ground floor room as there are 3-5 sets of steep stairs to climb and there are no lifts. It is not the hotel staff’s job to carry your bags to your room - this is your responsibility.

Exceptional room, reading other reviews I was expecting rather small room for 4 people, we actually got very spacious and exceptionally clean room. Extremely helpful staff, they even let us leave our bags for few hours after we checked out. Location couldn't really be better as it is 2 minutes from Bayswater and maybe 4 minutes from Queensway metro stations. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area as well. Very useful kitchenette with everything you may need to make a breakfast and supper.

Our room was almost at the top of the building so we were struggling to climb all the stairs after all day of sightseeing :) It was a bit hot as well but we had unexpectedly good weather :)

Location was excellent. Close to parks and tube stations. Two small supermarkets near by and a range of good restaurants. Apartment was clean, well equipped with good beds and a powerful shower. Staff were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly. Baggage drop off made a huge difference to our last day. For London, it was reasonably quiet. Traffic noise was less than expected. Price was good value given location and facilities

We were on 4th floor and there is no lift. Not really a problem for us but some might struggle. Apartment configuration was not the same as the photo. All 3 beds were in same room. It was fine but perhaps MSK should make it clear that apartments come in different configs. No recycling facilities, hated dumping everything in one bin but this seems to be the norm in London.

The best thing is the location - 2 metro options within a couple of mins walking distance. Super easy check-in/out process. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, Hyde Park is just around the corner, a lot of restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery stores around. We had a great balcony.

I missed the fact before arriving that cleaning was available just once during our 7 day stay. Some smaller things - There is not much place for clothes, and also no place to leave jackets (no "hat stands")

It was a lovely old building with sash windows that actually open. Both members of staff we met were really helpful and nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The door lock was electronic and impressive. The location was good.

Whilst it was a a lovely building we were FIVE flights of stairs up which was hard work on old knees! There were no side lights/lamps so someone had to get up to turn the main light off, the rugs was marked/stained (not really deal breakers). The only other issue was the smell in the shower. When we arrived it smelt like bleach and I thought 'great, it's clean' but once we got back from out day out it smelt like a sewer. Not the hotels fault but not great none the less.

Receptionist very helpful polite and efficient .even gave us some milk Room was ready for early checkin as requested at no extra price . Well equipped room . Lovely and clean hotel close to amenities we needed. Lovley soft furnishings and decor bed was comfy . Room big .

We were given a double bed and not 2 singles . Good job my grandaughter of 12 didnt mind sharing with her old nanna of 63!!!. For 1 night. I didn't complain because of this . No bedside tables for phone cuppa, glasses. No bedside lamps so have to get up to switch main light out after reading b4 going to sleep
