The location of the hotel is great with ample parking. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and the bed, enormous! Had a great night's sleep. The spa facilities are amazing - would definitely make more use of the pool and jacuzzi next time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. - the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had! All the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.

My only gripe is the 10% service charge that is automatically added to everything you buy. The barman literally poured 2 glasses of prosecco, and we had £1.80 added to the bill. It does state in the hotel literature that you can refuse this, but when you are handed a receipt with the charge already added, it makes for an awkward conversation to ask for it to be removed.

Fantastic hotel.This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel.The facilities are excellent, food was wonderful and the staff are fabulous...very friendly and attentive.Will definitely be staying again Thanks for a lovely weekend celebrating my birthday

The hotel looked really nice when I first arrived. The decor was excellent..All the staff were very friendly, approachable and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely stay at the Grand again. The hotel was also in a very convenient place for the beach and shops nearby. Meals at the hotel were excellent.

The problem I had was the height of the bed. It was very comfortable but I had great difficulty with climbing in. I am 5ft 4ins tall and 75 years old. I really needed a step to help me.

Beautiful venue, nice grounds, didn't have time to use the spa and pool area but it looked very nice. Great location. Lunch and breakfast were delicious and the dining area and bar area was bright, spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere. Water in fridge was a nice touch.

Pillows were quite lumpy. Shower head was black, although the rest of the room was very clean. Always nice to have the options of biscuits if you have tea/coffee facilities in a room.

Spacious room with walking shower. Reception staff exceptional. Evening dinner excellant.

Pillow menu would be nice old ones in use. Breakfast was always just warm 4 days we stayed Pot of coffee instead of keep trying to access refil 10% service charge on every bar transaction and meal.

How do you I put into words just how incredible this Hotel / Staff / Facilities / Accommodation / and Insanely incredible food, well I can’t. It’s all seeing is believing. Go there if you deserve the best time ever and can afford it. It’s not cheap, but then it couldn’t be as every bit start to finish is just 100% excellent.

The lighting in the bedroom on the dim side. Food well presented but could have been hotter eg, the eggs Benedict seemed cool[the poached eggs may have been bought in and not reheated correctly, the hollandaise was probably a from a carton which does allow for better stability when reheating so could have been warmer) The dinner and the drinks prices were a little pricey but as it was a special treat put up with it

The Grand Hotel is an absolutely an amazing hotel with an exceptional restaurant and bar. The vast options in wine selection are a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely phenomenal. The sparkle of this hotel are the staff. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. They are genuine and make an effort to accommodate and meet your needs.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Old decor mixed beautifully with the new. Stunning bar and restaurant area. Top class service from friendly staff, beautiful pool which was very easily accessible. Wonderful choice for breakfast. Really couldn't fault it.
