Pleasant, clean apartment in a good central location. Parking easy with spaces at the back and front of the property. Kitchen well provided for and like the inclusion of a few essentials (milk, coffee, tea) to start us off. Online check in/code provision easy to complete.

Stayed in the 1 bed rear ground floor flat. Unfortunately, the flat we stayed in had an additional rear access door and we were disturbed in the middle of the night by someone breaking open the gate at the side of the property and trying to gain access to our flat (the owners of the property did refund a small portion of our booking for the ‘disturbance’). Also, as the apartments are private and self-catering, we weren’t expecting a cleaner to let themselves into the flat during our short stay. We would have preferred to know this was going to happen so we could have put valuables away/not left laptops logged in etc.

Stayed for the weekend and pleasantly surprised. There is some great attention to detail especially the bed. Large and comfortable with excellent quality linen. For me sleep is really important and it was just amazing so quiet due to soundproofing (I assume) as in middle of town. Didn’t realise they would go in on the Saturday to make bed and wash up…. Honestly I was going to do it! It was comfortable with great facilities such as the smart TV and Wi-Fi was decent.

I paid for late checkout but got the cleaners knocking on the door for access so communication may be better. Could also do with instructions for oven please as really difficult to work out and we had no heating I presume they would have sorted if I’d mentioned it but didn’t really need it as I brought my hot water bottle 😁and we were only there 2 nights.

I was sent an entry code before arrival and it was straightforward. Although the parking was all taken up at the front of the property, there was plenty of space at the back. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was everything needed for a very enjoyable stay - with the added bonus of pods for the coffee machine, teabags, sugar and milk, filtered water, some biscuits and a small bowl of fruit. Wifi was excellent - can't comment on the tv as we didn't use it! A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely presentation, codes not keys was perfect, decor was modern and facilities were excellent. Staff called daily to replenish anything that was needed. Tea, coffee, fruit and snacks were provided. A fabulous location, only a give minute walk to to the beach, town centre and restaurants, plus generous discount for a local Italian was provided with the booking. Everything made our stay very comfortable and stress free, my daughter was getting married in St Anne's so she, her sister and I stayed here for final preparations before the big day.

Parking was limited, we couldn't park on the forecourt most of the time and road parking was extremely limited. A non resident even used the forecourt to park and go to town.

Everything, we’ve stayed before and the location is perfect. Clean, functional.

The tv in the kitchen wasn’t great, there was a fuzzy line along the bottom, like the tv was broken? Not enough towels. Thought they would be replaced every day tbh. Could have done with a couple of extra smaller towels for hair and hand towels. Could hear kids running around in the 3rd floor from 6am! Last time in 2022 we stayed on the 3rd floor and didn’t hear a sound! We knew the place was sound proofed but staying on the 2nd floor this showed it wasn’t that great! Yes there was meant to be quiet time from 9-9 but the family above didn’t take heed of this!

It was a cozy and nicely decorated apartment. A separate bedroom for the boys with lovely bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the couch had more than enough room for the 4 of us. We watched a (Netflix) movie in the evening. The village was okay, the kids liked the pier with entertainment, we thought Blackpool was AWFUL but the village Lytham was lovely, nice and not too busy. The best pub was Victoria, which was a 20 min walk away. We didn’t really like the pubs in the centre. So the apartment was perfect but I thought the location/village would have been nicer.

Nothing. All was perfect! But I think it can get rather warm when the temperature rises…

We were moved to a larger room on an upper floor before we arrived and it was spacious and comfortable - we were asked if this would be OK, presumably to accommodate someone with mobility needs on the ground floor. This suited us well. We knew that the room didn't have air conditioning but a fan was dropped off without us having to request it - this was well received as it was 29C at the time of our stay. There were bottles of filtered water and biscuits in the room. We accidentally booked late check-in instead of late-check out, we were called on the phone and that was sorted immediately with no fuss - we were grateful.

We didn't realise the room was serviced and there was no way to say "please don't service this room". We didn't want it serviced daily. 'Serviced' consisted of only changing our bins. The bed linen and towels were not changed (which is good as this would be unnecessary). It was difficult to know if the front door was properly closed, and there's no additional lock like a chain or something, so if you're in the shower when roomkeeping arrives, be careful. It wasn't clear whether recycling is separated.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Prime Suites. The room was amazing, everything you could want and more. They have thought about everything it’s so comfortable we were saying we could live there. Loved the extras, coffee machine and tea, water, biscuits, fruit, milk. Very very huge comfortable bed. The location was very quiet too. We had a big fan in the room which came in very handy as it was warm. The WiFi was excellent. We would definitely recommend and we will definitely stay here again. Many thanks.

Nothing they really have thought of everything

Very stylish apartment. Well looked after and spotless. Fresh fruits, biscuits, bottled water, coffee capsules and even milk provided. Even though the whole check in process was done online, all these nice touches sure did make the whole experience really welcoming! The apartment is exactly the same as the photos show. Kitchen well equipped, had everything needed and more. Bathroom bright and roomy with nice overhead shower. Bed was big, bedding was comfy. Kids loved the bunk bed. Parking right outside the building. Literally 2mins away from shops and restaurants however the location is quiet. Received a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant, had the loveliest dinner there. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

If I really had to pick, I would say having to pay for the secure deposit separately the day before the stay.

Booking system was efficient. I'm not a fan of having to register my details separately after I've already provided them through booking.com, nor of paying a deposit in case I cause damage, but it seems to be increasingly common nowadays and this one wasn't too intrusive. The place itself was exceptional in every way. It was spotless, well enough equipped, warm and comfortable. The large bed was very comfortable and the electronic door code lock saves having to take a key when going out, and risk losing it. There was a decent quality smart TV of a good size, and the free wi-fi worked well. Communication was good, via both email and Whatsapp and they responded very quickly to the single query I had.

There seems to be only 5 parking spaces for 6 suites on the front of the building. There are a couple more spaces around the back of the building, although I parked on the road. It's really no big deal and I'm only mentioning it because I can't think of anything else to put in this box!
