Fabulous location. Food excellent. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent service. Very clean rooms. Just very warm in room, will be good in winter though. We will definitely visiting again.

We were 3 adults, a 5 month old baby and a 14 month old baby in a very large family room. All the staff were friendly and exceptional at sorting out our additional needs.. The hotel facilities, breakfast, parking, location and room overall exceeded our expectations and we would come back again. We especially enjoyed the live music and bar ouside; it was like being abroad.

We had 2 prams and so had to use the lift to get to the reception area. Each time we had to wait for a staff member to come as it was disabled. The hotel could do with a ramp instead of all stairs up to the reception. It was extremely hot weather whilst we were there and the family room on the second floor was round the back overlooking a tiny courtyard. It was therefore stiflingly hot at all times with no breeze and with climate change could really have done with air conditioning in the room. The staff kindly brought 2 fans, but even they had little impact.

We have visited the hotel before just when on a day out. We like the location, food and all aspects of the hotel including the swimming pool and restaurant. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The hotel location is excellent right opposite the Lytham St Annes beach, pier and mini golf course and only a 10 minute driver to Blackpool tower.

We would have preferred a room with a sea view but that would be being picky. Our room view was the car park. We were also next to a generator at night so we could hear it while we were trying to get to sleep but it wasn't constant it came on and off.

My Wife had a nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Great location. We were there for Sandmasters and hotel was in great location. Easy walk to town centre. Nice and quiet at night when traffic stops. Swimming pool was nice and quiet. Water was just a nice temperature.

Not complaints, just comments. My Wife had a good breakfast. I only wanted scrambled egg and had to ask for more than 1 scoop (got 2 scoops) Room was comfortable and clean. Windows need looking at. Bedroom window wouldn't open more than an inch. Bathroom window wouldn't close. Toilet wobbled. Bathroom needs some TLC. Worn.

The Hotel was in a perfect location, local to main high street with lots of shops local buses to Lytham and Blackpool. Beach just over the road from the hotel and Farhaven lake a walk away lots to do in the hotel love the outside bar with the entertainment both Saturday and Sunday. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, the hotel staff were so lovely and friendly especially with your fur babies. The Manager Debbie was absolutely lovely professional lady she was very friendly, welcoming, understanding to my needs and such a lovely person with so much empathy towards me Debbie went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Paula another member of the team stands out to me lovely friendly lady at the Inn on the Prom team Paula was very friendly, welcoming couldn't do enough for my Partner and I she was very understanding as she also recognised My needs and address the situation in a very concering way to my needs cannot complain about everything love my stay will be booking again soon

The location is perfect right facing the beach that’s why we choose it

In these rare summer evenings we sat outside having a drink but then your bar closed at 5pm, why. So many people walking past the bar was the attraction to come in on the day out only to find the bar closing in my opinion far too early and the revenue you lost was sad. We did get another drink from the inside bar but only one person serving in there and a huge queue I also observed folk walking away. In these rare sunny days extend your service to at least 6pm would be my suggestion

Very friendly staff. Very good with dogs, especially waiting on staff called Millie. Supplied outside hosepipe to rinse sand from dogs feet after walk. Good professional massage by Linda. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant stay. Good 3 piece band on the Friday.

Bit stuffy in the room could do with a fan. Could do with some updating in bathroom and poolside could do with lounge chairs. All these are minor elements that did not distract from the pleasure of overall stay. Would go back

We have stayed here a few times before.. the room was very clean and incredibly comfortable. The location is fabulous and the staff are very kind and accommodating. We sat outside in the sunshine enjoying a beer and live music. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice..

The room was a little tired in appearance however perfectly adequate There was plenty of coffee and milk available.

Liked the room, mattress just to our liking, breakfast was good, location is excellent. The staff were fantastic, we saw them making a big effort and being very helpful with several guests who needed assistance.

The car park was too busy, almost impossible to get in any spaces, the furniture in the hotel reception area, although it looked impressive was old and worn, springs and upholstery sagging, Uncomfortable and difficult to get out of.

Great location. I booked online only 30 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I got there the receptionist was expecting me and had upgraded me to a double room (only singles available on Booking. com) free of charge. Great value, clean and comfortable. if there is any criticism, I’d say the breakfast was a bit average. Not awful but not great either.
