The property is wonderfully clean and comfortable. There is a fabulous shower and large bathroom and I slept really well! You get your own fridge with cordial, water and milk, plus tea, coffee, biscuits and cereal. It's very quiet and the owner is lovely too. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to picture what type of accommodation this is in advance. To reassure you, this is the upstairs of the owner's property, which has been converted into holiday accommodation. There's a king size bedroom and a second room that contains either one or two single beds. If you put two beds in that room, it's only really big enough to accommodate two children. But with one bed, it's suitable for one adult. Regardless of how things are configured, you will be the only person or persons occupying the property. So although the bathroom is separate to the bedrooms, it's for your exclusive use and no part of the facilities is shared with other people.

Sarah was very welcoming. We picked up the key early and Sarah let us know when the room was ready which was earlier than the expected 3pm. Had the whole of the 1st floor to ourselves. Very comfy bed and pillows. Large bathroom with toiletries and a good strong, hot shower. Good choice of tea and coffee with mugs, a kettle and milk so that we could make a cuppa whenever we liked. Also, squash, biscuits and a choice of breakfast cereals available. There was excellent communication throughout. We would definitely stay at Sarah's house again.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were able to park on the street close to Sarah's property and it was ideally located near to where our friends were staying.

Sarah is a brilliant host and takes a pride in looking after her guests. She provided milk every day and tea, coffee and breakfast cereals which was a lovely touch. Super clean with a very comfortable bed. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus and retired Guide dog Jenny made herself at home straight away. A very short walk to the beach, shops and some lovely restaurants - I would highly recommend The Duck's Nuts and Dip Drizzle Drink where we enjoyed tapas and live music. St Anne's on the sea is a very chilled and friendly place and we hope to come back again soon.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The large bedroom and bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. I liked the extras such as cereal, filtered water and milk, aling with brewing kit. Five minutes walk from the station, and close to all amenities. Info left in the room for takeaways, trips out and local attractions. Sarah the host was friendly and provided plasters in arrival as my granddaughter tripped and cut her knee.

No ashtray in the front garden, that i could find. It would be helpful to have one as its a nice place to sit.

This is a gem of a place. We only stayed one night to break up our journey but could easily stay longer. It is well situated in a quiet location within easy walking distance to the seafront, shops and restaurants. The host was very welcoming, the room was a good size and the bathroom very spacious. A selection of teas, coffees and breakfast cereals were provided, along with milk, a bottle of drinking water and squash and a water bowl for our dogs. I would highly recommend it.

A delight to be back at EsJays, lovely relaxing nights sleep, night quiet property, you have a lot of privacy Very comfy bed Great bathroom with a large bath to have a relaxing soak in it, radox and toiletries provided. The host provides lots of information about the local area.

It's probably not a good property if you have a pet allergy, because there are cats and dogs. But it didn't bother us personally. Everything else was perfect. I hope to be back soon.

The house was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and very clean and everything was to a very high standard. Sarah was extremely helpful and informative. We felt comfortable and totally at ease and really enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was unreal. I forgot my shampoo and Sarah provided loads of toiletries. My only regret is I didn’t get to use the bath. The only thing I’d suggest and this is to be helpful, I’d have liked a bigger towel. A bathroom that stunning needs the full experience and I’d invest in some bath sheets.

Sarah is a lovely host, was made to feel very welcome. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, large room and spacious private bathroom (not on suite but just across the landing) Lots of little extras that you wouldn't expect, bottled water, cordial, breakfast cereal, generous bottle of fresh milk and biscuits. Excellent value for money.

Bright in the early morning would benefit from a black out blind

The friendly greeting on arrival set the tone. The ability to collect the keys prior to having access to the room is fantastic, we were able to go off and enjoy the day. We were given loads of information on public transport options, which we followed. The location is fantastic with plenty of choices for eating and drinking. The facilties at the accomodation were spot on, home from home. A very peaceful night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.
