Clean and comfortable. Good size. Great facilities. Near to shops/pubs/bars. Easy parking at front. Staff friendly and helpful Late check out at 11am is appreciated, especially after such a late check in time.

As an international traveller, the electronic key entry was inconvenient as I had to pay for roaming to access the link. I forwarded link to friends and it sometimes did not work with an 'oops something went wrong' type of message, so I had to pay for roaming again to access original email. Don't mind this method for initial entry but once in, I'd prefer a key or swipe card option We had two apartments and asked for early check in on one at least. They obliged, which is great but charged 15 pounds. I just think if they are able to have room ready prior to 3 pm, then customers would appreciate this without being charged, especially on a one night stay.

Wow. This place is absolutely incredible. I am sadly leaving tomorrow which I'm absolutely gutted about but my stay was so lovely. It was my first holiday on my own and as a young woman travelling alone it can be a very scary experience but i have felt so safe here. The security is great. I like that you have a pin to your room, it's very safe especially for solo travellers. The place is very well equipped with milk coffee, biscuits, fruit. Check in is very smooth. Really lovely place, deserves so much recognition. Definitely will be staying here next time I come.

The only things was that the TV sometimes freezed on me and I had to turn it on and off again. And when I turned the bathroom light on and once I was finished I turned it off again and there was this humming noise which lasted for about half an hour which was a bit frustrating but these are very minor things and I put up with it easily. Apart from that the place is outstanding.

location was ideal , close to both the town and seafront but equally quiet and relaxing . The property is well maintained with beautiful decor and was clean throughout . The bed was very comfortable and the apartment although modern is extremely comfortable . Host was really helpful and reassuring to my elderly parents .

There is nothing to dislike about the properties. Below are some possible improvements to assist disabled customers . The two steps out to the back seated area would have been better with a ramp for disabled guests this would ensure the apartment was accessible at the front and rear for disabled guests . The access for wheelchair / mobility scooters could be improved at the front of the property as the room between cars was a little tight and the main entrance could loose the decor ( plants) to ensure that the apartment was easily accessible for wheelchair/ mobility scooters .

The property is really close to so many amenities. Immediately as you walk through the main door you can tell that you are in for a treat. We stayed in suite 4 and I can honestly say it was amazing. They have thought of everything. The room is really spacious, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The kitchen diner is fully equipped and they give you coffee, milk in the fridge and fresh fruit. The bathroom is down a little corridor and feels separate from the living area which s great. It has a beautiful large shower with great power. Every part of this room was immaculate. The bedding and the towels beautifully laundered and smell great. The house keeper Christina does a great job, you will not find a cleaner place to stay. All in all this place is exceptional, it really is. We would definitely stay again and can highly recommended.

Everything was amazing down to little details like fruit and milk in fridge, biscuits etc. Emma was super helpful at sorting out any issues I had. Heating was amazing too as I am always cold especially underfloor in bathroom! Overall a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff. We had difficulty using the entry code - I didn't realise that the door handle was electronic and the black plate needed touching to activate the digital keypad! The lady on the phone was very understanding and quickly explained the operation. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped and there was a nice welcome pack, including fresh fruit, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable! An ideal stay for one or two nights at a very reasonable price.

An explanation in instructions on how to gain access about the need to activate the backplate to reveal the keypad would have saved the need for a phone call - or maybe I'm a bit out of touch with modern technology!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

An issue with our original booking, the manager called me and offered an upgrade. it was really nice to be informed and asked. very smooth and did not impact our stay but only made it better.

the property was great. One issue that we had was the deposit was not clearly advertised before booking. it was buried in one of the informational sections. if we were on a strict budget it would not have been affordable. the system to pay deposit is not mobile friendly either so made it very difficult and stressful. the property made it worth it but worth noting.

We had a very enjoyable 2 nights in this comfortable, well equipped and spacious studio apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment decorated to a high standard. On our arrival, we found fresh milk in the fridge, a bowl of fresh fruit and some Easter chocolate for us. It was within a few minutes walk of both the sea front and the town centre, where there were plenty of cafés and restaurants, but was still far enough away, for it to be very quiet. All in all, extremely good value for money and would certainly stay again.

Very good price, great location.and a parking place which is vital in St Annes! Clean spacious modern flat, very quiet. Spotless white high quality bedding on a large comfortable bed. Fresh fruit, cookies, bottles of water & a bottle of milk all there waiting for us, this is fantastic ! Thick dark curtains so we weren't woken too early by the light. Big powerful shower.

Only being there for 1 night, this place is fabulous I wish we could have stayed for longer, but will book it again soon.
