Everything, honestly stayed for the weekend for my bf’s birthday, room was upgraded.. room service was quick.. staff were exceptional! Nothing we asked for was too much hassle, from making us 10/10 steak close to midnight, amazing cocktails, taking our pictures before our nights out.. even left us a birthday note and plate of chocolates on arrival! Rooms were spotless, I would give this hotel and staff 100 stars if I could. I’m an international flight attendant so I’ve stayed in some of the top hotels across the Globe, this one was in my top 10 easy! There’s not one bad thing I can say at all. Worth every penny we will definitely be returning! Beautiful hotel! :D

The only complaint I have is that we didn’t stay for longer, gorgeous hotel and amazing staff!

Location. Pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable.

Room on 8th floor, extremely noisy air conditioning and frequent loud sound of running/draining water - could not locate source.

The restaurant team and the concierge

Well I booked a king room for £200, upon arrival the gentleman who checked me in was very professional but at no point he told me I am getting an accessible room. Being 6 feet tall it doesn’t work out to use sinks so low. Not a good thing. Being a hotelier myself, I know when occupancy is high we use such rooms. But inform the guests prior. Maybe instead of upselling breakfast knowing I’m not getting a room which I booked for, do it complimentary. Such small gestures matter. Restaurant Manager Nikolay very professional and accommodating.

Location and facilities were ideal for our purpose. The room and its facilities are excellent. It's a smart hotel !

Lunch menus are limited, and we (there were 7 of us), were suprised that, at 2:30pm, we were not able to use the Buffet, in spite of the fact that there was quite a lot of feed still availabile. This is becaue we'd not pre-booked. I can understand that there needs to be a control on buffet supplies, which pre-booking can aid, but I would have thought that some flexibility might have been possible. The heating module takes about 20 minutes to 'warm up'. persever !!!

Ready The location suited us perfectly. Ì brought my son on his first trip to OLD TRAFFORD and this hotel.was only 15mins on the bus to it and the bus stop was outside the door. The staff were very helpful . We arrived before check in and the room wasn't ready but they were very kind in holding out suitcase while we travelled into the city to explore. .

I haven't to many things I didn't like. But a 50pound deposit taken on check in .. in case you damaged the room. This is hidden in the small print.. Also we had dinner in the bar before we went to the game and had to pay 7.20£ (8.25€) for what was in my eyes far less than a pint.. .. crazy price

Lovely clean hotel Spacious twin room Very comfortable Large full length mirror Large TV, which can be viewed perfectly from the very comfy beds Wonderful shower Mini bar (unstocked) 6 Usb charging points & plug sockets (2 on each side of bed and 2 at desk) Nice chairs and desk space Perfect location, near to university and 15/20 min walk to retail centre Temp control/AC (which we didn't use, as room temperature was just right) Attention to detail, such as hairdryer cord long enough to reach full length mirror. Little things like this make a big difference!

Nowhere to hang coats in room Not a major complaint, but worth noting: No discounted/concessionary parking Local carpark, 5min walk away Cost £22 from 2pm on day of arrival to 5pm next day

Central location, very secure hotel needing key card to enter passed lobby. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, as were all staff we interacted with. The room was spotlessly clean, with a good sized mini-fridge and large flat screen TV. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows super fluffy, perfect for a great sleep. The bathroom had a walk-in dual shower system, one very large fixed ceiling head and a detachable shower head on the wall. The towels were fluffy and soft and the toiletries provided were lovely, an aromatherapy mix. The entire hotel was well decorated, spotlessly clean and had a light, airy feel to it that invited you to stay.

There were no problems or issues at all, no request was too much trouble and we were welcomed throughout our stay.

There was absolutely nothing to fault. From the second we stepped foot in the door to the second we left we had the most amazing time. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and had a really luxurious feel, I’m pregnant so I requested a bath in our room so I could relax and sure enough they accommodated my request. The room was also spotless, incredibly clean as was the bathroom, nice fresh towels robes & slippers. We had breakfast in the morning and the selection was great, nice choice of a hot buffet, fruit, yoghurt, oats, pastries tea coffee & juice! overall we had an incredible stay and would absolutely return.

The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but my partner said they were very comfortable and he had a great night sleep.

Lovely breakfast selection and reasonably priced. Great location too, v short walk from bars etc but far enough away to be tranquil.

The only disappointment for us was that we spent a whole day sight seeing and went back to the hotel 5:15, to have a rest before heading out for the evening. We were disappointed that our room was still dirty when we got back. Within moments of sitting down in the room there is a knock at the door- the door went and the cleaner was here. We left the room and let her clean which meant we lost our chill time, before dinner was booked. I would request cleaning upon leaving in the morning next time. This was very annoying.

Clean, crisp, great location. parking close by at £16.50 for 24hours. great view of the city. staff very polite. Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Uk. Room with nespresso machine was a nice touch. Robes, slippers, nice shower gel/shampoo in the rooms. Great showers and comfy beds/pillows.

my only comment would be the price of drinks. A little inflated considering it’s in the University area. A little lower price on the rooms and we would happily come back more often too
