First glance room 3, a little bit dated but having said that, clean and Comfortable. Tv sound is going so a bit hazy. But once we settled in, we met the very friendly staff and tasted the amazing food, the room was easily forgotten. Even the locals and other guests were so nice. Don't know what they cook their chips in but WOW. They tasted like heaven. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and the breakfast choice was just outstanding. Definitely going to book again soon. Impeccable service all round.

Lovely hotel. Good location, tasty food and huge portions, friendly and helpful staff. A cozy feel to the building. The low battery for the TV remote was quickly resolved.

The ensuite hadn't finished being cleaned... an open shampoo bottle and a unwashed glass were left. The replacement glass had greasy fingerprints on it. There was an anti-slip mat in the bath/shower but no hand rail so one of us slipped getting out of the shower and hit the door. Another anti-slip is mat needed. The bi-folding door to the bathroom was VERY difficult to open from inside the bathroom. An additional handle would help.

Music from downstairs was a bit loud after 10:30 pm but the staff turned it down when asked. Unfortunately there were some noisy guests on the last night 4 young Americans in two rooms and 3 Indian lads who were all a bit noisy in their rooms for a short period. No cooked breakfast on last day was disappointing as apparently the cooker broke. However, as I looked into the kitchen after my cold / continental breakfast I saw three gas rings were on and there were pots on them with something cooking. Not sure why they didn’t use the gas cooker to provide a cooked breakfast - bit disappointed.

My first impressions of this Hotel where very poor, but I wasn't expecting much for the price. I have to say I was pleasently surprised. The room was nicely designed and was filled with quality amenaties. Water, Soap, tea, coffee. All things you couldn't even expect from a higher price point hotel. The Staff where friendly and the breakfast was substanital considering it was included in the price. Very good Value for money.

The initial impression of the hotel wasn't great. The Hotel appears to have 3 different entities or names. The Hotel has a name, the restaurant is both a carvery and a Bistro. It was a little confusing. I was directed through the restaurant to reach the hotel reception. The Mattress was poor.

Dinner with our relation and breakfast the following morning were both very good. Our rom was a lovely family room and very well appointed. the staff were friendly and attentive

It was a lovely warm/hot evening and we were sat outside about 9.00 ish when suddenly all the lights outside on the patio were put out and the bar seemed to shut. A little disappointing as no one asked if we wanted another drink etc.

Beautiful hotel and a really enjoyable stay, wished it had been longer but the two nights and three days there were very enjoyable and we will definitely be returning. Room was very nice and spotlessly clean. Very VERY comfortable bed. Great location too, just a short drive to Tenby and very close to a lovely little beach at Freshwater East. Lovely breakfast and a nice menu to choose from. Just a special mention to the young girl on duty that weekend who was serving the breakfasts and did a fabulous job looking after everybody all on her. She provided great service and did it all with a smile and a great sense of humour. She's a wonderful asset to a lovely hotel.

I can't find anything to dislike about our stay.

The staff were fantastic, the waitresses couldn’t do enough and nothing was to much trouble. Food was lovely and lots of it, breakfast was fabulous. Comfy beds with a lovely view over the fields with new lambs in it.

Could do with some TLC, maybe a dusting on the light fittings and replace door furniture, cracked mirrors and shower screen. Overall nothing that made any difference to our stay it was great value.

Great breakfast, freshly cooked and quick to arrive. Food in restaurant in evening was also really nice, with good portion size and very fresh and tasty. Great value for money and central location to tourist attractions. Was just 10 minutes drive from Manor wildlife park and Dinosaur park. Good size room with comfortable beds. Tea, coffees and biscuits supplied.

Central heating came on in the room during the evening (in late May on a warm evening) and unable to turn off. Made the room quite stuffy and so had to open windows which then meant we had to contend with noise from people drinking outside till about 10pm.

We stayed in the family roo,, which is a large room. The breakfast is outstanding, multiple choices to choose from. We stayed there for two nights, and we also took diner there, it is also outstanding (especially the tiramisu ;-) ). Prices of dinner are maybe a pound more expensive than other places, but it is worth it.

The shower might be a little small for some people and we had some issues to set the correct temperature, but overall, this is only a minor thing and should not stop you from staying here.

This is a good hotel which delivers an excellent experience thanks to the friendly and caring nature of the staff. I had an enjoyable stay with some outstanding meals in a comfortable surrounding. Thoroughly recommended.

The room was small and the single bed had seen better days. The quality of the food was very good but the menu never varied over a number of days.
