Rural location but conveniently placed for Pembroke - my morning destination. Very high standards, my room was beautifully clean and well appointed, very comfortable bed and a great shower. The owners and their team were very welcoming and helpful - I was arriving late and needed a recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and served by a lovely lady who gave me lots of good local information.

There was nothing that I didn’t like but a comment would be that I arrived very late in the dark ( 9pm).not knowing the area. The address postcode is fairly large and Sat Nav doesn’t take you far enough along the lane by a few hundred yards. So perhaps using What3Words as well would be helpful.

Amazing 4 night stay. Thank you to everyone for the amazing hospitality and friendliness. The breakfast was so delicious. One of the mornings we had to get up very early as my husband was doing ironman wales. They gave us 4 breakfast bags and also provided a microwave so my husband could have porridge. Nothing was too much trouble. They even had a lockable shed for our bikes which we could access freely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be highly recommending to everyone and would definitely come and stay again.

It was faultless!

Great choice of breakfast in the morning which was absolutely delicious. Nice clean room, with replenished biscuits and hot drinks daily. Family run, and everyone actually looked like they wanted to be there, with excellent customer service. In a quiet area, lovely beach a few minutes downhill, wouldn’t of wanted to walk to the hill back to the accommodation.

Would of been nice to have a few things to occupy children with outside, a few simple toys & games.

Great location. A great looking place as you enter the driveway. Grounds and building well kept. Only really met breakfast serving staff as we were out and about during the day. Both were lovely. Said hi to owner on passing. Bed very comfortable and room fairly spacious. Very relaxed atmosphere and able to come and go as we pleased without deadlines or locked doors.

The only thing that was disappointing was the room was serviced automatically. It felt quite intrusive. It's the first place I've stayed that didn't either give you the option ie. Door tag, or do it only when requested. If I had known I would have hidden some of my personal possessions away

Nice big room, comfy super-king bed. Coffee, tea & biscuits in the room. Lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. I had the kippers one day and the traditional the others. Both were delicious. The grounds are lovely, and we enjoyed a takeaway at the picnic table. The location is great, close to freshwater beach, and a short drive to stackpole quay for barafundle beach or bosherton for broad haven beach. Both were great, but we particularly loved bosherton and its cafe and lily ponds and broadhaven beach. Pembroke is less than ten minutes away for shops, take aways etc. We had a great chinese takeaway from the pembroke carvery.

all was great!

Location was simple to find, nice big sign on the road. Good clear parking. Nice welcome when given key. Had evening meal at the stack pole inn, very nice. Room was clean, good shower. Breakfast was spot on, good choice of cereals and then a cooked breakfast. Wifi was good.

Oddly the tv turned itself back on several times through the night, so I turned it off at the wall in the end.

Welcoming hosts, lovely location, comfortable, cosy and clean. Will certainly be going back in the future. Good location to access lovely places in Pembroke. Not too far from more commercial towns but far enough away to enjoy the peace.

Only downsides were the house is old so the first two nights we had incredibly inconsiderate upstairs neighbours who were so loud and kept banging around. They also smoked on the balcony part which our room was next too and it ended up stinking our room out at 10pm which was gross. So maybe a smoking ban at the house and allow it in the far garden. Also, maybe a note in the welcome pack to make people aware. It might make them more conscious. This is no reflection on the hosts just a shame about the group that were staying.

Breakfast choice was first class, as was the presentation. Nothing too much trouble. The staff were most friendly and welcoming and we would most certainly like to stay there again. Lovely peaceful location

The whole experience needs no change. Couldn’t fault it.

Breakfast was perfect and the lady serving was polite, attentive and friendly. The room was spotless, the bed comfy, good wifi, recently renovated bathroom and the gardens and building are stunning.

Breakfast could be served earlier but that’s only due to work commitments.
