The location is perfect for Beach / Town centre / all amenities/ when we come down on a Friday. We don’t go into the car until we are going home on a Sunday x everything is sooo central x also keep sleeping in because the room in so comfy and warm xstsff amazing and helpful x the rooms are getting a little tired x could do with upgrades x I like to read in my bed . It helps me sleep x but there was no bedside lamp x either that I had to put the ceiling light on. Which my party did not like x apart from that we will keep coming again and again to the Glenpark hotel x staff friends x you feel you’re with someone from you’re family x that’s how friendly it is….

For a "budget" hotel, this was exceptional. Very clean and had all the facilities we required for a short break. The staff are very friendly. The welcome was warm both from them and the many locals who use the smashing wee bar. That real cask ales were on sale from the on-site Ayr Brewing Company was an added bonus for us.

No food is served on Mondays and Tuesdays. We would have liked to try the daily "specials" available on all other days but there were plenty of alternatives nearby and we'll definitely revisit on other weekdays.

Everything about the staff and hotel was great.Fabulous cooked breakfast for so reasonable price. We have stayed 3 times now. Friendly and welcoming hotel and bar.

No problems from Booking.com; but OYO booking service are terrible and chaotic.. One time we booked directly with them. As we had stayed before, we contacted hotel directly and hotel staff sorted problem out.

The property is a lovely old building close to the town centre and beach. The food and staff were exceptional we really were made to feel welcome and enjoyed our stay We would definitely return

The only little grumble was the shower was quite weak but it’s not really a grumble. As was so clean and so welcoming

The property manager and all of her staff were amazing and courteous. Once we got settled going to nearby attractions was just a few minute walk. The food was really good especially the pepperoni pizza, can't recommend it enough. Please pay Ann and her team a visit, it would be worth your stayin Ayr.

Could use some renovation on the room bathrooms and rooms.

Firstly the staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and free parking is always a bonus! Great location for town centre.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows could be better quality but it wouldn’t put us off returning.

Staff and also local customers were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. So much so that we have decided to visit again. Beer from own Ayr Brewery next door was very tasty. Room had lots of extras despite budget price. Hotel was quirky but comfortable.

Just be aware that hot and cold sink taps in Room 3 seem wrong way round. Otherwise perfect for us.

Central to everything beach just a walk away shops not far either. Meal there was lovely and reasonably priced nice relaxing atmosphere. There was a pub under our room but you couldn't hear any noise from it and it quietens down late on anyway. Just what we needed.

Room was a tad hot I'm assuming from the kitchen below we just left windows open most of the time.

I arrived very early in the morning after a delay of almost 24 hours. The staff greeted me and made me feel very welcome. The room was beautiful, with a little comunal garden - perfect for some chill nightgazing. Many amenities and excellent water pressure made me feel super good after my delay.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the center,the hotel itself has a bar and a restaurant where you can eat,this is also important.Pepsonal is very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.The room was warm.Additionally there were blankets in the closet .Blankets are beautiful new.Linen is clean,,pillows are soft.,the beds are comfortable.The room had an iron and an ironing board.On the table there was a kettle ,cups with spoons on the tray.Coffee and tea you need to ask the staff and immediately brought.Wi-Fi worked well, for free.The programs in the TV were different.I was pleased that there was Sci-Fi.Lighting,also pleased ,switches were next to the bed .. The room had 3 armchairs.,2 bedside tables,which was comfortable.In the bathroom there were 2 mats,one for the bath itself-plastic and soft near the bath,there was also gel and shampoo and good soap. We liked everything ,We will recommend to friends and hope to stay at this hotel next time.Good luck in business

We couldn't use the shower because the mount was broken and there was a big crack through the whole mount. We did not touch the shower, but with great pleasure washed in the bathroom, the bath is large and very comfortable, the taps work well. At home we only have a shower and we were happy to bath
