The hotel had great facilities. We had a room on the first floor, which was a really good size with a comfortable bed. There is a lift to all floors as well. The bathroom had a bath and a good shower. We didn't use the leisure facilities, but went and had a look and they seemed good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. And the restaurant was good for evening meals. Good, secure parking. Great housekeeping service. The grounds are pleasant. Even saw rabbits at dusk! You could probably walk into town, but it is a long straight busy road, and only a 5 minute drive.

It was really warm even with the windows open. However, the hotel provided a fan which was in the room, which helped. I was glad we weren't on the 2nd floor. The hotel caters for conventions and conferences, which is fine but can make it a bit busy at breakfast and dinner, so get down to breakfast early and book for dinner! That being said we sauntered down at about 8 ish every morning and didn't miss out!

Comfortable rooms, in quiet location.

We rang before visiting to see what the menu was for dinner in the restaurant. We were told by the receptionist that they decided on the day if the restaurant would be open or not, but that a bar menu would be available. We therefore arranged to go out for dinner as we were meeting family. Noticed on checking in that the restaurant was open. The hotel missed out on 4 dinner sales withdrinks Additionally, the bedroom was not as clean as it should have been, with the bathroom especially showing signs of the previous occupant. We would of complained at the time, but had unpacked and were tired after a long journey, so left it.

Just on the outskirts of Leamington city centre, so close enough to walk in. Lovely shower, powerful enough with plenty of hot water. All staff were lovely and made you feel very welcome. There's a games room, with free pool and a wii, in case you're bored. Lots of areas to just sit, relax and enjoy.

Dust in the bedroom on the bedside table. The rest of the room was immaculate. Asked if we had a garden view, they said we had a courtyard view, where we would still see trees but we were on the 3rd floor with a skylight window so couldn't see down at all so no view, unless you want to look at the sky from an angle.

I was staying in Leamington with my Assistance dog as I was taking part in some training. We have stayed in lots of hotels and had lots of experience with customer services within them. None have been as amazing as these guys. When I booked, I put that my AD would be coming with me on the form. The reply was simple. "No problem, we look forward to welcoming you" When I arrived, I booked in like a human being, no pestering of my dog, no questions about what she does, and no intrusion into my personal details. I can not thank them enough for this. In the morning, I popped down and checked out before breakfast. I nipped my AD out for the toilet and then went back to breakfast. Again, I was able to do this without being stopped and without having people approach my dog. As I left breakfast, the lovely staff member gave me a compliment on my girl. Without distracting her! I asked at reception if it was okay for me to let my AD have a run around the grounds. No hesitation, "of course, enjoy." This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel and been made to feel as welcome as possible. For the first time in years, I felt capable. Like I am simply a human and not a disabled person with a cute dog. I can not recommend this place enough. The room was seriously clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. My room was right next to the road, but I didn't wake all night. That's a miracle.

That I only stayed one night.

All bar one member of staff were pleasant, friendly and happy to help. A special mention to Stacey in the restaurant who was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and very welcoming, and despite the hotel being full there were plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy a drink.

The downside of our stay was the lack of air conditioning, on a hot and humid night, it was a real negative. There was a fan in our room but it was noisy and kept my husband awake.

This was a wonderful find. Hotel is a great combination of old and new architecture. A warm welcome on arrival and helpful staff throughout. The evening food was exceptional, good value for money and the restaurant manager (sorry didn't get a name but she was from Redditch) outstanding and friendly.

We didn't really check it out properly as there were great leisure facilities which we would have liked to have used had we taken the right attire.

The bathroom was immaculate Dinner was both beautifully cooked and well presented Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The grounds were lovely

In the bathroom - Room 130 - there is quite a big step out of the bath to the floor - a grab rail would ensure safety and confidence. Also possibly grab rails in the shower area.

Breakfast was advertised on the TV when you switched it on as starting at 06.45, whereas it started at 07.00 in reality, a small hindrance as I was due at Victoria Park at 07.30. My room (room 140) had tissues and the wash hand basin plug worked!

The room was adjacent to a road where traffic was present all through the night, not constant but enough to cause an interrupted sleep, not a lot the hotel could do about it.

Room lovely and big. lots of storage. comfy bed. See below. The hotel manager pulled out all stops and gave us a private dining area for the evening. She organised a lovely set meal with chef, The staff were brilliant that evening after the initial upset and worry..

Lack of bed side lamp on one side in our room. I had prebooked a table for 12 in the restaurant for the evening . Hotel had no knowledge of it even though I had it confirmed on email. Another function being held had taken priority and taken over the whole restaurant..

Looks good inside and out with lovely grounds and outdoor space. Nice comfortable, clean room. Dinner was really good. The steak was excellent!

The room was a little dark. We were latish down to breakfast but at least 20 minutes to closing. The food was warm but had obviously been standing a long time. This hotel is very good but is predominantly a conference venue, so it feels a bit corporate
