Very nice room, it has a huge and confortable bed , nice bathroom with a very big shower and normal taps (not separate for cold and warm water) . We had a water heater and tea and coffee bags at our discretion. We were provided every day with one 500 ml bottle of water. For the breakfast you have cereales, yoghurts, juices (orange and pear), jam and butter and 2 options fro the warm breakfast: the clasical full english breakfast or a vegetarian one. Coffe at demand. The hotel has a veru big parking but you have to pay 12 £ per day for it. You can park outside, on the street, where from 20-8 the parking is free of charge. Perfect location, 3 walking minutes to the Parade street, close to the park
No fridge, the windows are not sound proof and as we had the windows to the street, it was very noisy

Beautiful room on the first floor, we booked an executive double and the room and bathroom were spacious. Looked newly decorated.
Unfortunately our room was located on the corner of the hotel opposite a very noisy pub. Didn't trouble us too much and it did close on time, so as long as you weren't seeking an early night this could be overlooked. Charge for parking was a bit high given you are already paying to stay at the hotel. Coffee at breakfast was virtually undrinkable it was so strong. We did ask for a fresh pot but this came back the same. Despite these niggles we would look to stay here again should we return to Leamington.

The first room overlooked the beer garden of the local pub, and would be pretty noisy through until midnight on 3 of the 4 night stay, My thanks to Shivam and Mucktadir who managed to find another room and move us to it, even though the hotel was fully booked. Location very good. Bar good, nice selection of gins and not badly priced. Need to watch out if you park on the road as the wardens are out there exactly on the dot of 8am on Sunday mornings - sneaky! You'll need to have Ringo ready at 0800 on the dot.
The room (26) seemed a little damp on arrival, however we opened the window and left it all day, and that seemed to make a big difference. Window was stiff but I got it open in the end. The combined shower gel / shampoo didn't seem to work well, so we used our own for the remainder of the stay. Towels only for one in the room but it was easy to ask for more from reception.

Staff were lovely, room was comfy and clean, and included cooked breakfast was really nice as well. We arrived a couple of hours early, and were given the okay to park in the hotel car park even though it wasn't check in time yet, saving us having to find parking elsewhere. The hotel is in a great location, right next to lots of good shops, pubs and restaurants.
Considering you're already paying for your room, parking is quite pricey at £12 a night. Having to leave your key at reception when you leave is a bit old fashioned. Not really a big deal though since the reception is staffed 24hrs.

Initially we experienced a less than helpful staff member and the rooms we were allocated were really not suitable. After the first night I had a discussion with a lovely member of the reception team who was really helpful and sympathetic about our experience. By the afternoon of the same day alternative (excellent) rooms had been arranged and we moved. The hotel is lovely and this was our second stay with family located in Leamington so we will be back and next time I will be more specific with our requirements to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic breakfast - perfect location
For the price I paid, I felt I shouldn't have had to pay an overnight parking charge of £12 - one tenth of my accommodation charge

It is a great place for a short stay, with the small comforts to make your time in Leamington memorable. High level of cleanliness, great selection of tea/coffee/biscuits in the room, and very comfy beds. The free breakfast included offers huge variety and good quality. Very quiet around the hotel, and a fan was provided in the rare British heatwave!
Door keys are attached to a huge metal keyring/tag, which you must leave at the main desk every time you leave the hotel. The reception is manned 24 hours a day, so it's not a difficult ask, just something you have to remember every time even if you're just stepping out for a few minutes. Bar is well stocked but very small, and the on-site restaurant is currently closed (they still do breakfast).

Most of the staff were friendly & helpful, room was aired, clean & very comfortable. Plenty of tea & coffee choices. Lovely shower.
The only issue that I had was booking in. ( I had dropped my bags off earlier in the day before the wedding I was going to, & said i would be back late.) When i got back at just gone 11pm all seemed fine at first I was given my key by the night receptionist. Bur when I went for breakfast I was told my room had been cancelled. Still managed to have a lovely breakfast, then I spoke to the lovely gentleman at reception.... seems to have been an ongoing issue with the night lady receptionist.

Handy location near the town centre Room and bathroom were modern, clean and had what we needed Breakfast was nice - good to have vegetarian option Car park on site was convenient
Our superior room was on the ground floor immediately opposite a pub which had loud music until 1am on both nights that we stayed (Friday and Saturday) The hotel has a strange policy where they ask you to leave your room key at reception whenever you leave the hotel. You could then just state your room number to get the key back which felt like a serious security risk.

Breakfast was good & plentiful. Executive room was large & very good. Hotel location was perfect near our private event at the Riverside Glasshouse. Staff were excellent too. The town area around the hotel has plenty of places to eat. Highly recommend the The Royal Pug bar next door for food & drink.
Why did you skimp on providing a double mattress for a double bed and used 2 x single mattress' pushed together??? Every morning i woke up stuck in-between the 2 mattress' which has parted in the middle of the bed! Hotel bar closes too early. Lovely big shower cubicle spoilt only by shoving the shower head into one corner.
